As a Senior Technical Service Engineer in the Chemicals & Water Treatment Division. Leading the day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of Desalination plants, RO, UF, recycling plants, EDI, demin plants, UV’s, STP, ETP & Filtration plants at customer facilities. I also oversee treatment programs for chillers, boilers, and cooling towers. I ensure the efficient functioning of systems through regular maintenance and cleaning programs, optimizing boiler and chiller performance for long-term reliability. Provide support in installation, commissioning in water treatment projects, specializing in RO, STP, desalination, and EDI plants. • Manage all the operations and maintenance activities to ensure safe & efficient operations of Reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, softening plants and waste water treatment at different client sites. • Handling chemical cleanings for boilers and chillers, ensuring efficient system performance and providing ongoing service support. • Administering ongoing treatment programs for boilers and chillers, coupled with regular water testing to ensure high-quality standards. • Skilled in designing and optimizing water treatment systems for efficient operations and sustainability. • Overseeing the full lifecycle of water treatment facility projects, including installation, commissioning, operations, troubleshooting, and pre-deployment training. • Designed and implemented comprehensive strategies for operations, maintenance and quality control aligning with the needs of engineers, chemists, and operational staff. • Conducted cleaning of 10 chillers at red sea airport & the newly inaugurated Sindalah Island. • Ensured the smooth execution of daily operations by providing consistent monitoring, coaching, and leadership.

At Aquamatch Pakistan, a sister company of Aquamatch Türkiye, I have successfully contributed to over 200 international water and wastewater treatment projects. I led a major 72,000 m³/day desalination project for city-wide use, managing the entire process from installation through to a seamless handover after three months of smooth operations. With extensive hands-on experience, I specialize in the installation, commissioning, operation, quality control, and troubleshooting of water and wastewater treatment equipment, as well as chemical cleaning processes. KEY PROJECTS: Desalination water treatment project BASRA, IRAQ Operations Manager Successfully commissioned and handover of 150,000 m3/day Ultrafiltration & 72,000 m3/day Desalination system. This consist sedimentation, tube settler, self-cleaning filters, Ultrafiltration systems, desalination plants, sludge treatment system and chemical dosing. This project was installed to meet the water requirement of the entire city usage. National factory for iron & steel BASRA, IRAQ Led the successful installation of a 72,000 m³/day pre-filtration and 36,000 m³/day reverse osmosis (RO) system, including a water transfer station and chemical dosing station. Coca Cola beverages Islamabad, PAKISTAN Directed the installation and commissioning of a 6,720 m³/day ultrafiltration system, a 6,720 m³/day activated carbon filtration system, and a 5,400 m³/day reverse osmosis unit. Ali bin Ali Pepsi beverages DOHA, QATAR Oversaw the installation and commissioning of a 1,800 m³/day double-pass reverse osmosis system, a 600 m³/day reject water RO system, and a 1,200 m³/day mineral dosing and Ozonation system, all led by a 1,200 m³/day ultraviolet (UV) system. Habib Gulzar Coca cola KABUL, AFGHANISTAN Spearheaded the revamping of a 4,320 m³/day ultrafiltration system and a 2,880 m³/day reverse osmosis system, integrating a mineral dosing and Ozonation system.

I led the successful implementation of a 72,000 m³/day desalination project designed for city-wide use, overseeing every phase from initial planning and design to installation, commissioning, and final handover. A leading desalination project in Iraq. I managed a multidisciplinary team and ensured all stages were completed on time, within budget, and met the highest quality standards. This included coordinating the installation of advanced reverse osmosis (RO) systems, optimizing operational parameters, conducting rigorous testing and quality control procedures, and troubleshooting technical challenges. After three months of seamless operations, the project was handed over successfully, providing a reliable, sustainable water source for the city.
