Responsible for utilities management, including boilers, compressors, pumps, chillers, heat exchangers. • Review and evaluate process documentation (including process flow diagrams, P&ID) to implement process improvements based on trial run data. • Develop, standardize, and implement operational procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational condition instructions. • Supervise and train operational staff on new plant processes, equipment operation, and troubleshooting

PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara is a company specializing in the production of Polyethylene resin. • Oversee the production process for Train-2 Polyethylene, focusing on the manufacturing of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). • Evaluate the performance of power, isentropic, and polytropic efficiencies, and conduct process simulations for a 4-stage reciprocating compressor used in gas recycling.
