I’m pleased to share that I’ve started a new role as Mechanical Engineer II at CAIRE Inc. in Ball Ground, Georgia. I’m excited to be part of a team that designs and manufactures oxygen therapy solutions that directly impact patient mobility, independence, and quality of life. In this role, I’ll be supporting both existing and new product lines through hands-on engineering, manufacturing support, design optimization, and continuous improvement within a regulated medical-device environment. I’m grateful to everyone who supported me through this transition, and I look forward to contributing to CAIRE’s mission and collaborating with talented teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. - Research and Developed (R&D) a completely recyclable sieve module to produce enriched Oxygen by using zeolite as sourced mineral by utilizing SolidWorks, DFMEA created Test Plans, concluded Test Reports and completed the V&V. - Conducted controlled Design Transfer (DT) to FOXCONN, China by managing and creating Quality Plans, Work Instructions, Drawing Packages, First Article Inspections Reports and Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) and successfully launched 2 medical device products for Mass Production using NPI methodology. - Investigate and identify Non-Conformance Report (NCR), Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) while using approaches like (5 Why’s, Fishbone etc.) and maintaining Risk Assessment Reports. - Lead a team of mechanical engineers to manage Design Control Operations, and Continuous Improvement activities by maintaining and managing design SOP’s and streamlining the NCR and CAPA directives to single page summaries and effectively reduce the impact time from 3 weeks to 4 days.

- Designed and drafted 2D drawing and 3D models using CAD software like SolidWorks, New Product Introduction (NPI) and Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) principles to establish deep understanding regarding PDM and PLM. - Lead and manage the launch of the Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) under the guidance of ISO 13485:2016 and MDSAP (21 CFR Part 820 QSR). - Designed plastic Injection Molded parts and sub-assembly using SolidWorks to increase the production yield by 30% of the overall device while enabling the DFM and FEA at the early stage of the design process. - Performed Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and created Drawing Packages with ASME Y14.5 GD&T to streamline the manufacturability process of the intriguing Injection Molded of various plastic parts.

- Worked on the Clean Track Lithius Pro AP to complete the installation and calibration process of the instrument. - Experienced in working at the FAB environment at INTEL – Chandler Campus. - Completed the start-up process for 300 mm wafer processing system to optimize the client provided setting. - Worked in a team environment to provide client support and solve client issues in a professional manner. - Developed and understood the requirements of working at the fast paced engineering by adapting in the role efficiently.

- Analyzed and troubleshooted an integrated clinical chemistry immunoassay system known as Alinity ci-series. - Applied the Good Manufacturing Practice GMP and Lean Manufacturing such 5S to test Alinity ci-series functionality. - Understood the principles of pharmaceutical production and manufacturing to enhance the production quality. - Quality tested the Alinity ci-series assembled equipment to ensure the usability of the Photometric and Potentiometric. - Increased the production of the Alinity ci-series by improving the Testing Procedures TP guidelines.

- Designed a prototype drone which can deliver the food on campus within 0.5-mile radius. - Conducted research and established MAV-link communication protocol using Q-Ground Control between a drone. - Performed a stress and static deflection analysis by using ANSYS modeling on a designed battery and package handler. - Generated a 3D printed prototype of the battery mount and package handler on the drone. - Produced a payload mechanism using multiple design approach and selected a feasible solution by using servo motors and raspberry pi and Pixhawk PX4.

- Helped clients by providing IT service such as virus removal, diagnostics, clean ups, and tune ups. - Generated revenue for the company by selling service protection plans and exceptional customer service. - Examined and diagnosed client computers to identify hardware and software issues in it. - Worked in a team environment to provide client support and solve client issues in a professional manner. - Trained the young team members about the understanding of the protection plans and services provided by the company.

- Worked on a Universal Robot UR5e to perform the TIG welding on the galvanized drain pan for an AC unit. - Investigated the cause and reducing the burning of the galvanized layer by removing the impurities around the welding area. - Established a right combination of the Argon gas pressure and nozzle size so it can remove oxygen around the welding area. - Programmed the combination of PLC to trigger the safety mechanisms while the robot is welding by using Ladder Logic. - Used pneumatic cylinders and proximity sensors to detect materials which are in the range of the UR5e. - Identified the numbers of required input and output terminals to establish a safety mechanism. - Developed professional communications protocol by using EOD reports and MS outlook.

- Worked as a customer service associates in the plumbing aisle. - Answered plumbing question for customer such as threat types, faucets collections and use of electric vs gas powered water heater.
