Final Year Project on Space Optimization of Assembly Line’s Racks through the application of lean manufacturing Principles, Just in Time and Time Motion Study. Project Achievement: The project optimizes the space on the racks on the assembly line and creates space for other parts on racks as Toyota introduces a new variant in the future by doing hardware centralization in a designated area (shopping area). The final result of hardware centralization and formation of a shopping area has been completed with a productive outcome of rack space optimization with the help of Just in Time (JIT) and Lean Principles using our proposed design.
