Semos Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd., is a leading pharmaceutical company of Pakistan where I currently work as a Assistant "Import Manager" and here I perform the following duties. 1. Importing Pharmaceutical Raw Material and Packing Material from multiple suppliers from China, Singapore, Taiwan and India. 2. Managing all import operational activities related to Bank, DRAP, Shipping Line and Custom Clearance. 3. Order Finalization with vendors/ Traders. 4. Submitting ADC/NOC and Drug Import License on DRAP/PSW online system. 5. Process Import Duties and other Import Expense. 6. Co-ordination with Clearing Agents ensuring smooth shipment of goods into the company’s premises. 7. Prepare the shipment arrival Summary. 8. Raw Material Costing 9. Prepare Monthly Stock Report of Imported Items.

Preparation of documents for L/C & TT Bank Contract Prepare EIF and Mange it Payments Shedule. Process Import Duties and other Import Expense. Prepare the shipment arrival Summary. Co-ordination with Clearing Agents ensuring smooth shipment of goods into the company’s premises. Maintains Import files and Material costing on a monthly basis. Responsible to check the documentation of every consignment of import. Follow up with clearing agent for refund of security deposit. Coordinate with transporter for for upcountry consignment. Follow-up with Clearing Agent and Transporter for empty Container Status. Prepare the Import maturity Payment report on a monthly basis. Prepare Stock Report of Imported Items.

Negotiation and correspondence with Bank. Prepare daily bank report and manage daily bank remittance. Assist to mange financial activities and transactions in Accounts and Finance department. Prepare F.F. Expense and Promotions Expense. Control and adjustments of hours, costing and absence. Prepare, L/C &TT bank contracts Document. Responsible to recheck the documentation of each and every activities relating to import and export. Verifying Invoices regarding Exports Sales, Import Purchases. Maintain import File & Coasting. Making report of import - export goods every month.
