8 week internship program of Qazi Electronics for Myson Engineering Systems in which I experienced major network elements supported like BTS, Gemini interface of NSN technology activities and operational activity on LMT software.

* Troubleshoot & Resolve L 2 and L 3circuit issue. (STP, MSTP, VLAN/inter VLAN) * Client’s Configuration on Metro Switches and routers. * Management, speed, authentication matters, IP allocations on Router. * Responsible to solve switching issues. * Network’s Ring, Monitoring, Maintenance and Configuration. * Provide Support to the Media issues & provide technical support to the field staff and customer care staff. * Monitoring Downtime & their causes and provide solution through different NMS tools. * Responsible for updating Clients Database & Technical Data sheets. * Managing network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; Installing, Configuration & maintaining and switches.

* Associated with PTCL (Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited) Dedicated Department as a Technical Support Analyst and back up Trainer. * Facilitated and keep updated customers via email/call from the beginning up till the resolution of technical complaints and provide prompt, effective resolution to meet customer’s expectations. * Technical Support to PTCL ADSL, DSL, Evdo, IPTV Technology users. * Hands on ZTE's B&CC (Billing & Customer Care) * Soft skills training to new hired Technical Support Engineers.
