Responsibilities included are: 1) Supervision of overall site, coordination with Electrical Engineer for all outstanding issues and sort it out as per site instructions. 2) Execution of site as per drawings and making as built (redline drawings) as per instructions from the consultant during inspection. 3) Installation and termination electrical transformers, disconnector switches, main distribution panels and sub-main distribution panels. 4) Installation, testing and termination of main power cables from step-down transformer to the main distribution panels. 5) Installation of cable raceways including cable trays, cable trunks, EMT and PVC conduits including all accessories as per site requirement. 6) Installation and termination of electrical power and lighting panels, control panels, public address systems, fire alarm control panels, data and ITR racks, data patch panels and BMS Panels. 7) Installation of emergency power panels, ups and ATS systems. 8) Meggering and insulation testing of electrical power and lighting panels, lighting control panels and the overall power cables. 9) Installation and testing of public address systems, fire alarm control panels, data racks, patch panels and BMS panels. 10) Installation and Termination of electrical power outlets, data and telephonic outlets, fiber optics including splicing and jointing, IP Cameras, WLAN, smoke detectors, pubic address Speakers as per approved drawings and installation details. 11) Installation of normal and emergency lighting fixtures as per approved drawings and as per approved installation details. 12) Polarity testing of electrical power outlets to check phase, neutral and grounding are installed in right location of the outlets. 13) Testing and commissioning of lighting fixtures, lux testing of both normal and emergency lights and battery backup testing of emergency lights. 14) Testing and commissioning of data and telephonic outlets by Flu tester. 15) Installation and testing of access control for doors. 16) Installation of fiber optics outlets and testing on OTDR. 17) Raising RFIs for all the accomplished task and clear all the comments (if any) and get final approval from the consultants. 18) Heavy machinery Equipment maintenance, motors, motor control circuits, wye delta 19) Installation, testing and commissioning of Nurse Call System.
