Supporting the on-site management and execution of the Focșani Solar Power Plant project for Helios Energy SRL. My role involves coordinating daily construction activities, monitoring project progress, supporting communication between contractors, suppliers, engineers, and the project management team, and ensuring that site activities remain aligned with the project schedule and technical requirements. Key responsibilities include: . Monitoring daily site activities, workforce deployment, material deliveries, and installation progress. . Preparing daily and weekly progress reports for project management. . Coordinating with engineering, construction, logistics, and subcontractor teams. . Tracking solar panel deliveries, installation quantities, manpower, and outstanding works. . Maintaining project documentation, site records, invoices, progress certificates, and supporting documents. . In my role as a Research Assistant, I contribute to the development of high-performance Electrical Drive Systems. My work centers on the control logic and optimization of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) operating at high speeds. By leveraging advanced simulation tools and control theory, I work to solve critical stability and efficiency issues in variable-speed motor applications.

Assisted in maintenance and troubleshooting of MV/LV systems including VFDs, MCCs, motors, and auxiliary HVAC-powered units. - Worked at an HP Power Station contributing to operations of a 150 MW power generation unit. - Performed fault diagnosis, wiring checks, loop testing, and parameter verification on PLC/DCS based control systems. - Worked with control panels, interlocks, alarms, and basic control logic; prepared shift reports and technical documentation. - Coordinated with technicians and ensured strict compliance with safety and LOTO procedures.
