Monitored surface preparation processes including abrasive blasting, cleanliness verification, and environmental condition checks. Conducted pre- and post-coating inspections, verifying DFT, curing, and coating adhesion to ensure long-term corrosion protection. Being a HSE Officer I was responsible to ensure that the company compliance with health, safety, and environmental law and regulations and to ensure that the workplace is safe, healthy, and conducive to productivity. My other responsibilities were to identify potential hazards, carrying out risk assessments, and implementing measures to eliminate or reduce the risk, conduct safety trainings and safety inspection.
