Dubai Uptown Tower (2B+GF+P8+L78+Roof) 82 stories mixed-use development comprising Offices, Hotels, and Branded Residences located in the heart of Dubai, JLT 1.1 Project Title: (Dubai Uptown Tower(2B+GF+6P+70+Roof), JLT, Dubai) Cost = 1.2 Billion AED • Preparing Baseline Program including Resource/Cost Loading. • Updating the P6 Baseline Program using an integrated system with the help of site reports, Subcon reports, and other microprograms. • Preparing Trackers/Project Monitoring tools using data analytics. • Preparing Line of Balance baseline vs actual for typical floors of major activities. • Implementing Lean Planning/ Last Planner system to run the construction activities effectively • Preparing visuals using Inkscape application and importing the Visuals in digitalization tools (Power BI and Sablono) for montoring. • Using Power BI (Power Business Intelligence) tool to create digitalized reports, by integrating, the Primavera P6 program and other progress reports coming from Subcon and Site team, for High-level management. • Preparing and monitoring KPIs based on the quantity of work done vs quantity of work planned and Monitor productivity. • Integrating/Linking Earned Value generated by P6 with Monthly Payment application and forecasting the budget at completion, producing S-Curves for Cash flows • Preparing Manpower Histogram and monitor planned vs actual vs earned. • Implementing Progress Measurement system and monitoring Planned vs Actual Progress %. • Preparing target programs, Look ahead programs for internal team & subcontractors. • Preparing and monitoring engineering and procurement logs and linking the program with them for the weekly update and generating KPIs and dashboard accordingly. • Preparing Weekly and Monthly Reports, Presentations, for Clients and Head Office. • Attending Risk meetings with the internal team. • Attending meetings with the internal site team, Client to discuss progress and strategies to improve it.

2.1 Project Title: (Lulu Mall, Silicon Oasis, Dubai) Cost = 745 million AED 2.2 Project Title: (Package 2,482 Villas, Nad El Sheba 3, Dubai) Cost = 789 million AED • Preparing the Baseline Programme including Resource/Cost Loading, Activity coding along with complete detailed Narratives and Presentation. • Update, track/monitor the EPC Program based on site progress obtained from Site Management. • Updating Progress Layouts on a weekly Basis based on zoning/phasing system. • Preparing microprograms for different sub-contractors and make sure if their submitted the program is in line with the baseline program. • Preparing the trackers for major internal finishing activities and track it on daily basis to ensure if the activities stay on the plan. • Preparing microprograms and issues them to all the construction managers and follow up them on daily basis. • Thoroughly discussing major critical issues associated with the project & prepare recovery/revised program, if any change occurs and performs critical path analysis to check driving activities. • Prepare daily, weekly /monthly report reflecting work progress summary. • Develop and update the resource (manpower and equipment) histogram & S curves weekly & monthly and perform Earned Value analysis to check a project's health. • Preparing look-ahead programs which reflect the priority activities to be executed. • Actively taking part in all site walks to discuss the progress of works and major critical issues. • Issuing delay notification letters to the subcontractors, if they have open work fronts and still they do not proceed or if depict the slow progress of works which drives the project completion • Attending Weekly/Monthly Progress meetings with clients and consultants.

3.1 Project Title: (Marsa Al Seef, Creek, Dubai) Cost = 2 billion AED 3.2 Project Title: (Address Hotel Downtown, Dubai) Cost = 1 billion AED •Prepare and assist the management team to develop WBS as per scope for progress measurement, scheduling, cost loading, and resource loading as per BOQ division for Baseline Program. •Applying activity codes for sorting of activities. •Update, track/monitor the EPC Program based on site progress obtained from Site Management. •Preparing micro programs for different sub-contractors and make sure if their submitted program is in line with baseline program. •Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. •Monitor critical and near critical activities based on the project schedule and advise site management. •Identify areas of weakness and prepare recovery/revised program, if any change occurs and perform critical path analysis to check driving activities. •Prepare daily, weekly /monthly report reflecting work progress summary. •Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram & S curves weekly & monthly and perform Earned Value analysis to check project's health and update KPI’s, Dashboards for tracking/Controlling the project and Maintain/ track all the Technical logs. •Preparing look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities to be executed. •Preparing & circulate look ahead weekly firm quantities based on look ahead schedule, to monitor the productivity and planned vs actual utilization. •Taking photographs of ongoing activities to monitor & verify the progress of works, Preparing presentations on monthly basis to depict monthly project summary for internal purpose(Higher Management).

• Prepare and assist the management team to develop WBS as per scope for progress measurement, scheduling and cost loading, resource loading as per BOQ division for Baseline Program. • Applying activity codes for proper sorting of activities. • Update, track/monitor the EPC Program based on site progress obtained from Site Management. • Preparing micro programs for different sub contractors normally (level 3) and make sure if their submitted program is in line with baseline program. • Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. • Monitor critical and near critical activities based on the project schedule and advise site management. • Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing Actual progress vs Planned progress. • Identify areas of weakness and prepare recovery/revised program, if any change occurs and perform critical path analysis to check driving activities. • Delay Analysis ( Impacted as planned ,Time Impact Analysis, Window/Snapshot Analysis ). • Assist my Senior in the preparation of EOT claims, summary of delay events. • Prepares daily, weekly /monthly report reflecting work progress summary. • Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram & S curves weekly & monthly and perform Earned Value analysis to check project's health and update KPI's , Dashboards for tracking/Controlling the project and and Maintain/ track all the Technical logs. • Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves) cost wise. Reports and analyses deviations from plan and take a follow up for daily productivity of major activities. • Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, construction of all discipline. • Prepare and update look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities and attend meetings with clients, consultants and sub contractors, Preparing powerful presentations for project.

• Project Updating on weekly basis based on data received from site and project control by progress Reporting on PRIMAVERA P6. • Study of BOQ and Specs and prepare project scope statements. • Discuss the impacts of critical activities & activities which can be delayed with the site staff. • Generating man power histogram & S curves & cash flows with help of cost reports. • Keeping track of progress of work to check if the project is on time & on budget. • Manage & direct the project technically & time wise by monitoring the execution of the activities & analyzing the manpower progress. • Preparation of weekly progress report as per the instructions of Client. • Attend Meetings on weekly basis with the stake holders of the project to discuss the issues.

• Supervising and inspecting all the activities from sub structure to super structure and finishing. • Preparation of bar bending schedule. • Supervision and quantity estimation over different construction phase work partially with QS. • Preparation of punch list items and instruct sub-contractors for necessary action. • Involved in quality control and quality assurance. • Responsible for onsite different material testing. • Prepare progress reports on weekly basis. • Coordination meeting with clients and consultants to discuss the project performance.
