Work Description: • In charge with Warehouse operation for all product to all shop/counter & to ensure the Packing, Picking & Receiving process efficiency, monitor advance item request & rejection, along with item replacement for any rejection cases. • Responsible towards around 20 man powers include Supervisor, to lead command and control, responsible to control man power discipline according to company policy. • Responsible in monitoring line 5S, 4M & Prepared and Monitor Standardized work for all Logistic operation. Monitor & analysis daily production quality & quickly feedback respective section. • Responsible to guide and monitor the monthly Kaizen activity (Improvement activity) process based on 5 pillar tool (Safety, Quality, Productivity, HR & Cost). • Prepare & monitor the daily operation sequence for operation in order for all shop/counter. • In charge with receiving & pick/pack operation for all shop/counter & to ensure the pick/pack process efficiency, monitor advance part request & rejection, along with parts replacement for any rejection cases.

Work Description: • Must follow rule 5 pillar (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Human Resource) • Daily, Weekly and Monthly revenue report for VDC Operation. • Control Vehicle Distribution Centre for unit movement from incoming to delivery (BMW, Mini Cooper). • Promote process kaizen/process combination to optimize VDC handling operation. • Setting up standard 'start & end process' in shop floor area to visualize abnormality. • Review Yamazumi (process cycle time) for job balancing and improve job efficiency. • Efforts and ideas (built up good relationship with customer and management team). • Demonstrated abilities in addressing operational issues, resolving performance.

Logistic Engineer(Local Supplier Development), Production Control Division Work Description: • Local Supplier Project Leader improvement for Logistic. • New model preparation to Logistic Operation for new local supplier. • Support local supplier throughout cycle of the project(s) including palletizing, purchasing, production, process set up, logistic operation, acceptance tests for palletizing and delivery study. • Setting delivery cycle, capacity, and timing with local supplier transportation. • Manage and control expenditure within agreed budget. • Prepare project reports and update to top management for project progress status as per business requirements from time to time. • Review project management and execution in terms of preparation, equipment needed, quality and cost. • Prepare project reports and update to top management for project progress status. • ECN and ECI controller for Logistic (Local Parts). • Setup Local Part operation to reduce space, trolley, stocks & manpower usage for future project. • To study and improve the working standard (SWS) and standard operation procedure (SOP).
