• Preparation of annual profit & loss account and provide support in the finalization of financial statements and liaising with external auditors • Preparation of annual budget, planning of capacities and calculation of activity prices for SAP system • Business analysis, cost center planning and comparison of company’s actual performance with plans • Preparation and submission of monthly financial report (MFR-Package) to Parent (Swiss) company and Perform month end activities of SAP system • Profitability Analysis of all business units and reporting to concerned BU heads • Preparation of various management reports and to deal with Production, Marketing, Procurement, Lab and other departments • Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing and interpreting data • Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction and to ensure that company’s financial system are robust, compliant and support future growth • Manage controlling functions that includes cost center and profit center accounting, product cost controlling and analyzing changes in the standard and actual cost of product • Financial Management of Inventory that includes keeping an eye on inventory movements, landed cost, goods in transit and identification of slow mover inventory • Monthly analysis of variances and its trend (Purchase price variance, Re/Devaluation of Inventory, Expense Variance Production) • Handling of production process orders, their settlement and rectification of errors • Tackling errors within different areas of SAP system • Other tasks such as stamp duty provision, rental income, preparation of debit notes, foreign currency revaluation etc.
