-Tested an automatic gluing machine and designed an improvement on existing module to cater the problems until successfully buy-off with customer. -Solved on-site carton box entry alignment issue on the product transfer conveyor until the carton box on the product transfer conveyor enter the automatic gluing machine smoothly. -Designed the inspection camera mounting and LCD mounting at the customer site which increases the accuracy of defect detecting. -Designed improvement proposal until final design of the glove sampling machine then improve machine precision and practicability which meet the client demand.

-Created the control plan for new parts at sample stages to be used by production department. -Run the machine that is been used to produce new parts for mass production purpose. -Operated new machines and prepare work instruction accordingly to help production operators handle the machine.

-Created the production control note for material usage in engineered door, frame and architrave so that the door assembly process done smooth and precise. -Created the production control note for material usage in fire rated door until pass the SIRIM fire test. -Assisted an outside developer in developing the material cut list suite system in term of door calculation and error occur in the system so that the system being used by all team members which skip production control note creation. -Generated the material cut list using suite system for material usage in engineered door, frame and architrave which cut the time to produce production control note manually. -Prepared the bill of manufacturing which consist of current material based on current process for newly implemented ERP system then succeeded implementing the system.  Studied the actual timber loss percentage at the production to be used in material cut list suite system.
