Working as a Structure Sr. Draftsman Mech. on the following project, under this designation my duties and responsibilities are as under: 1 -Structural Steel Replacement (SADAF SALT PLANT). Key Responsibilities: Responsible to take field measurements of existing structure which needs to replace. Prepared 3d model of all structure using Tekla structure with the required connections. Prepared temporary supports design and its working drawings with layout. Prepared Complete shop drawings (using Tekla structure) show material specifications,member sizes, all required dimensions, welding, bolting, surface preparation and painting requirements, and any other information required to describe each completed member. The shop drawings are intended for use by the fabrication shop, and thus contain little or no information about the erection and installation of the steel members they depict. This information belongs in the erection drawings. 2 -Methanol Recovery WHA Side Cut Project (AL-RAZI). Key Responsibilities: Prepared working / Fabrication GA’s and Shop Drawing of storage tank volume 466 cubic meter. Responsible to drawing process, checking process, correcting process and revising process in Storage tank drafting. Responsible of distinguishing the difference between engineering drawings and shop drawings. Exposure to Quality Assurance & Control (QA & QC); Health, Safety and Environment requirements in Detailing and Construction Making detailed general arrangement and fabrication drawings about 200Ton structure by using Tekla Structure. Independently draught detailed fabrication and general assembly drawings. Generating cutting plans for steel members and plates to ensure optimal nesting. Review and understand contract drawings and specifications. 3 -SATORP Fire Protection System on Berth 54, 61 & 62 4 -Expansion Project of YANPET.

Responsibilities Making Concept and Detail drawings, Estimations, quotations and BOQ for upcoming projects and startup of project. To carry out a site visit to have a clear view of work To prepare tender documentation queries to consultants/clients to confirm. To develop tender cost summaries including equipment, materials and labor calculations for final approval To interpret & review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specification. To review and generate Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure alignment and to identify materials types & quantities and prepare equipment lists and rough drawings for cost estimation To prepare specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations of cost/price of materials and equipment and evaluate same against tender specifications to include in final tender documentation.
