Open ICU management including proficient in ventilator management and bedside ICU procedures. Proficient in Intubations, Ultrasound Guided Central Lines (IJ and Femoral), arterial lines, Ultrasound Guided Thoracentesis and Paracentesis. Managing ARDS, Septic Shock, Decompensated Heart Failure, Cariogenic shock, Arrhythmias. Comfortable with emergent Cardioversions. Proficient in Running Codes. Proficient with bedside Focused Echocardiograms. Management of patients in a Level 3 Trauma Center and Critical Access Hospital with being a sole provider with limited sub specialty back up. Working 180-210 Shifts per year across a high acuity hospital.
