I'm responsible for stock movement, receiving and Despatch. Supervising preparation of finished goods and quality of goods and pallet configurations. Overseeing damaged goods received are sorted into respective categories. Also responsible for receiving and sorting container operations. Daily ops meetings feedback reports, targets, challenges, etc. Overseeing all staff in department. Supervising receiving of entire vessel and transfer operations. Liaising with logistics stock team and various other departments and stakeholders ensuring smooth operations. I'm also responsible for ensuring shutdown protocols are adhered to when locking up factory, office and different sectors.
