- Provide technical support at customer sites for module customization, installation, rework, and troubleshooting. - Specialized in module and part assembly, alignment, and setup for backend testing handlers in accordance with specifications and drawings. - Performed leak tests on tri-temp handler modules to ensure accuracy and reliability of installation. - Prepared, reviewed, and finalized technical documentation for machine buyoff and customer acceptance. - Ensured consistent application of quality concepts, IPC standards, and 5S activities during assembly and installation. - Supported continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly process efficiency and product quality. - Collaborated with engineers in training transfer and knowledge sharing to strengthen production capability.

1. Perform to do preventive mechanical (Main Handler: SRM TSC32, Z32, XD328ZB Turret and Inspection (TnI) Handler (SME – Subject Matter Expert for XD328ZB), Rasco SO1000, SO1800 & MultiTest9928 Gravity Handler. Support Handler: Advantest M4841, Osai Neo, PentaMaster burn-in Pick and Place (PnP) machine). 2. Responsible for machine/equipment upgrade existing machine to improve the performance with cost effective solution. 3. Contribute, drive and sustain in house machine condition and executing improve machine performance through optimizing machine parameter. 4. Perform to do ESD, machine and equipment buyoff and setup for new or relocated machine on production floor. 5. Responsible for equipment documentation release & re-update version (ESD & PM Checklist) 6. Investigate, analyse and resolve possible solutions for any problem that comes out and encountered machine hard down and appears alarm/error for repeated issue based on manufacturing/production downtime record. 7. Take care of machine spare parts and ensure optimum spare part available to prevent unnecessary manufacturing equipment downtime. 8. Manage overall equipment /machine down /OEE/UPH & failure analysis data report. 9. Work closely set-up new type of machine, program, recipe and device package (NPI) buyoff. 10. Perform to order new equipment and spare parts using SAP and MyBuy platform.

• Plan and organize in detail all the option ordered by the customer and give feedback to the project manager. • Calibrate the machine in hot and cold temperature. Perform to assembly, alignment and fine-tuning handler kits and perform to do troubleshoot work. • Assemble the option module that ordered by the customer follow the mechanical drawing also setup it precisely. • Run the machine with device in tri-temperature (ambient, hot, cold) follow the customer requirement. • Prepare the documents before pass to quality section for buy-off. • Perform to support handler kit assembly such as handler track and plunger module. • Perform to support engineering team to assembly machine Rasco SO2000 handler (Part & Wiring). • Perform to support Rasco SO3000 final test team to assembly handler kits and module. • Maintain and practice 5s in working area and ensure to follow safe work procedure.
