Overviewing and Implementing HR Policies. Preparing Monthly payroll, Leave Settlements and Final Settlement. Conducting induction for new employees and assisting them to complete their joining formalities. Coordinating with departmental managers regarding Workforce requirement and completing the Recruitment Process. Coordinating with departmental managers regarding Performance Development Plans to analyse training needs and fulfilling it. Meeting department managers, to create job description of the labourers and assigning them proper job position. (As it’s a new facility, so processes are to be streamlined.) Providing timely response to employees regarding policies, job duties, working condition, wages and employee benefits. Executing Employee Engagement initiatives to keep people together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding and engaging. Ensuring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health. Coordinating with Safety Officers/Ground Supervisor to keep a check on daily routine work. Coordinating with Camp Boss on Employees Accommodation and their Catering Service. Assigning P. R. O. day-to-day works, such as, visa processing, labor cards &contracts.

Update HR policies in line with the business and organizations requirements. Design, update and share SOPs of all HR processes. Management of the full recruitment process including sourcing strategy; interviewing; reference checking; making offers to candidates; driving and delivering induction training. Working on HRIS for updating and maintaining employee database and processing of payroll. Maintain historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Coordinating with the departments for all employee related issues regarding employee investigations, absence issues, counselling, grievance and discipline etc. Deal with internal and external auditors for HR matters. Provide employee development, counselling, monitoring and appraising job results to enhance employee’s performance and productivity. Evaluate and improve the current HR practice in accordance with MOHRE. Conducting Face Time with employees on weekly basis to resolve their queries. Executing Employee Engagement initiatives to keep people together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding and engaging.

Devised creative and cost-effective incentive and morale-boosting programs (including special events and a tiered awards structure) that increased employee satisfaction and productivity. Reworked new-hire orientation program to include HR information and company resources. Reworked the company policy regarding the accumulation of annual leave and Leave IN lieu. Developed and Excel based program to calculate EOSB and Salary.
