Directly controlling manufacturing concern for various and wide grades of container board including special grades white top liner, Kraft liner, semichemical fluting, Absorbent kraft, gypsum board liner grades, duliner ,core board. • Diversifying product manufacturing portfolio by developing new value-added products like SCF, Plasterboard, ABS Kraft, White top liner. • Awarded PPI Award for Best mill water conservation. • Entered and established METSO contract for co-operation agreement for 3 years which involved the international benchmarking standards for operations and ways to achieve them in terms of total efficiency, time efficiency, spare parts inventory and policy control through CMMS application etc. • Facilitate the mill to achieve international recognition and award through RISI for efficiency improvement in 2010 and for advances/ innovations in specialty paper, efficiency improvement and managing risk and safety segments in 2012. • Reduction of water consumption from 11% to 5% per ton of paper as well as considerable environmental improvements and developments across the manufacturing facility. • Played pivotal role in overall direction for the execution and completion of all three-paper machine major rebuilds by M/s Andritz and creating the 5-year business plan to meet the production targets. • The present production line comprises three (3) no. Paper Machines along with OCC Processing Plants besides supporting utility plants and facilities including Co-Generation Plant, Water Treatment Plant, and Effluent Treatment Plant. • New Project Description: Rebuild of 3 paper machines for capacity enhancement & quality improvement MEPCO have drawn up a plan for expansion of production capacity at reel from present level. Optimization and reduction in tail threading system. Research and solution of chronic tape adhesion issues "AWARDED PRODUCTION EXCELLANCE AWARD"

Operation & Project Management •Started career with new challenge of Project manager for new paper mill at Bulleh shah Paper Mill a green field project of packages group. "New Green Field Project PM6" •Installation of Plant including Stock Preparation OCC, Refining System,Chemical System, Approach flow, Paper machine, Winder, Reel handlingsystem. •Involve from the basic project blue Prints, RFQ, Equipment selection, Flowdiagrams, drawings, study of operations, visiting European supplier to assessthe capability and manufacturing facility. •Worked as commissioning engineering manager and make start up activitiestogether with Voith/Valmet/AGG expertise. •Involve in startup activities until the project complete and achieve the targets. •Making analysis and testing for trouble shooting issues in production area and related to customer complains •Presenting solution and cost optimization with alternate process •Quality enhancement research •Work as Shift Engineer in Paper Section (PBD), leading shift operation of mill comprising wastepaper processing plants, wood pulp refining, wet end chemistry and paper machine operations. •Responsible as Paper Maker (PBD)overall head of production for paper section comprising stock preparation plant, refining systems, chemical handing plant, PM-1 (3-layer board machine), PM-2 (2-layer fluting and test liner machine), PM-3 (MG paper machine) and PM-5 a writing printing paper fourdrinier machine. Development and Operational experience of Test Liner, Fluting, Writing Printing Paper, Cardboard, Bleach Board, Core Board, Liquid Packaging Board (Tetra Pak), Semi Chemical Fluting, paper for cups.

Responsible for providing oversight of all technical related functions for the Mill. This includes continuous improvement, quality, and environmental management. Serve as a key member of the mill leadership team, providing insights, perspectives, and overall leadership critical to advancing the mill’s performance agenda. Develpment of fiber for various grades of production. Experience in development of BOM for core board, liquid packaging board, writing printing paper, cardboard, bleach board, soap wrapper, paper cup board. Chemicals optimization and cost reduction. Optimization and cost reduction for BOM. Leading technical operation team for waste recycling plants, wastewater treatment, chemical preparation, recipe development and preparation for different grades of paper. Trouble shooting and development of processes. Work on Energy reduction projects. Optimization pulp refining (conical, double disk)

Process evaluation and development at Paper & Board Mill Establish and maintain process documentation including WI / control plan / process flow / SOP Interface with quality team, designer and mechanization team on process and product optimization. Proven experience in developing and driving change and continuous improvement systems. Create, maintain, interpret and apply necessary documentation including process specifications, SPC control charting, to benchmark and improve the process Responsible for resolving issues with the process design in a safe, timely and cost effective manner Spot check for process design and safety review with contractors, vendor print spot check and approval. Working knowledge of production operations, scheduling, design, planning, process evaluation, equipment selections calculations etc Periodic checkup reports. Trials for process improvements.
