Meetings with QMR and the senior official to review the Management review meetings and discuss about implementation. o Daily meeting with all my supervisory staff to discuss production, manpower, and assembly, testing and packing problems etc…. Also instruct them how to handle the manpower problems and how to manage this. Plan the workers annual live and accordingly arrange the manpower. o Performing all above mentioned procedures and In-charge of the following products; -Three phase kWh energy meter, -Single phase kWh energy meters, -Molded case circuit breakers, -Voltage and current electromagnet assembly area, -Air Circuit breakers, -Adjustable circuit breakers, -Miniature circuit breakers, -Distribution boxes, -Metering cabinets, -Panel meters, -Low voltage transformer, -Medium voltage transformers, -Control transformers, Voltage transformers, -Electronic kWh meters -Joints and termination kits

Technical Engineer in Core team of Product Engineering department and I was having following responsibilities -Preparing the prototype samples -Prototype testing as per IEC -Entertaining inspections from Utility departments -Designing & making of test panels for production area -Repair and maintenance of all kind of test panels -Coordination with production department to solve their problems -Coordination with Quality department to implement quality procedures -Verifications of reference standards and testing with the main reference standard -Programming of Electronic meters
