As Electrical Engineer, OM & Chief Operator my Key duties include performing scheduled and emergency repairs, conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and managing maintenance procedures. This role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing maintenance staff, and creating and maintaining technical documentation. Maintenance and inspections: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems, and execute on-the-spot repairs when systems malfunction. Troubleshooting and repairs: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring the prompt and efficient restoration of service. System monitoring and performance: Monitor the performance of electrical equipment and systems, and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and overall functionality. Compliance and safety: Ensure all maintenance activities and electrical systems comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards. Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, equipment performance, and technical issues. Compile reports for management and clients as needed. Project and vendor management: Coordinate with other departments and external vendors for specialized repairs and upgrades. Manage and supervise junior technicians and contractors. Continuous improvement: Develop and improve existing maintenance procedures and practices to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.

Responsible for load demand by 660MW*5 units to dispatch the power to Saudi electric company, SEC, routine testing plans & execution, MSF demand from desalination plant and coordination to Saline water conversation company SWCC. Instructor and specialist in electrical equipments, protection scheme, SLD expert, leader to newly joined Engineers & Operators from Saudi as well as international students, delivered all kind knowledge regarding to power plant & safety precautions. DCS control(System Authorized Operator), Operation and Power consumption monitoring. Field Operation knowledge of all kind of advanced MV/LV breakers, Relays including ( REF, REM 600 series & Above), VSD systems, HVAC system, Fire fighting system, Motor Center control MCC system, Transformer operation from remote/local. Permit To work expert, Safety rules and regulations knowledge in Power plants, construction field and hot areas in marines. Fault monitoring analyst and protection system configuration expert. Uninterrupted Power Supply complete knowledge from Bypass- Maintenance - Test- Operation system.

DCS & Local Operator, record all local log sheet, CCR log sheet, metering of energy meter from generation of electricity and consuming points in power plant and outgoing power. Performing different Operation related to electrical system, EDG Start/Stop, UPS-DC system start/stop, 26/13.8/6.6/0.4 KV rating Breakers, BusBar and relays operations/ Reset and normalised brief knowledge. Transformers operation from local as well as from DCS Familiarity with PTW issue and tag mentioned during maintenance work in electrical system.

Starting career as Maintenance & Operational Engineer in world largest Oil-Fired Power Plant, Producing 774.1*5 MVA, electricity on fully operational mode, Dual fuel power combustion, steam turbine generating units rated to produce 2708.5 MWe net. Desalination Plant Producing, a steam exporting capacity  to generate 550,000 m^3/day in Saudi Arabia, Under commissioning by Sepco III in Yanbu Power & Desalination Plant Phase-III.
