• Reviews the Client’s technical documentation and requirements. • Preparation of Technical Query, Job Cards, Material Issue Voucher and stop notice work documentations. • Preparation of line list and valve list as per P & ID diagram. • Prepare BOM (Bill of Material) and MTO (Material Take Off) and RSP (Request for surface protection). • Calculate the WID (Weld inch Dia), Painting Surface area and weight of each spool. • Preparation of DN (Delivery Note), Material reconciliation and Surplus material documentations. • Preparation of Invoice, Quantity and Payment certificates and RIC (Request for Invoice creation). • Reviewing PID provided by the Engineering department OR Clients • Review project piping material specification and piping components data sheets • Review technical part of requisitions for all piping components purchase orders. • Using Citrix software and prepare Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions. • Assists Production, NDT, QC and Painting departments. • Good experience and knowledge in site survey and fabrication aspects. Also check that all the materials, such as pipes, fittings, flanges and valves, are within the international codes and standards. • Maintains project technical files and update Company standards • Performs the inter-disciplines checking for the part of documents in accordance with the scope of piping material section • Checks sub-contracted discipline engineering documents in accordance with the scope of piping material section • Provide support to all expense projects and maintain accuracy in all piping project and ensure compliance to all piping material specifications and maintain knowledge on all orders. • Provide support to all purchase activities and evaluate all vendor submittals. • Interpret all codes and maintain overall performance of all piping activities.

Duties & Responsibilities: • Have a good knowledge in offshore systems. Project title: Micro Combined Heat and Power (micro-CHP) Systems for Domestic Applications Main Project Objectives: The objective of my PhD project is to critically review the four major prime movers in micro-CHP systems (gas engines, stirling engines, fuel cells and micro gas turbines) for residential and domestic applications. This project provides full process modelling, performance analysis and operational flexibilities of micro-CHP systems with two major prime movers (micro gas turbine and fuel cell). Integration of these systems with biofuel renewable energy sources with energy/exergy analysis of the cycles will be investigated to improve the environmental benefits of these micro-CHP systems. The technical challenges, risk assessment and cost analysis of these systems will also be discussed. On completion of this project, a full analysis of micro gas turbine and fuel cell micro-CHP technologies for integration into the UK energy market will be presented.
