Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspection of all machine like Extrusion Printing, lamination, Slitting & Bag Making) and audits to identify any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards. 3.Testing: Performing all the testing of Raw Material Like (PET, MPET, BOPP,MOPP, CPP, MCPP, AL FOIL) and also Finished goods products and also Performing all the test like (Grammage, Sealing Test, Dart Test, Tensile Test, optical density, Gas chromatography, WVTR, OTR) and Verify COA Report. 4. Sample Analysis: Analyze and test customer product, Competitor product and develop the plan which is effective for customer in terms of cost ,Quality and sustainability 5. Product Development: Initiate new developments according to the customer requirements and keep following the development in all stages of production to maintain documentation and quality of sample. 6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer-specific quality standards Like as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, HALAL, FSSC & SEDEX. 7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, Monthly trends and corrective actions. Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance. 8. Supplier & Customer Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers & customer to establish quality standards, conduct audits, and address any quality issues with the materials or components supplied. 9. Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis with the help of quality tools to identify underlying factors contributing to quality issues and implement preventive measures. 10. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma, to optimize processes and drive efficiency gains.
