• To Manage Project and shutdown scope/RFI for projects with assistance of supervisor, including contract requirements well ahead in accordance with approved execution dates • Responsible to deliver all assigned engineering services projects as per promised, to ensure they are being executed per the contract, and to communicate regularly with their client to follow-on work. • To Ensure that assigned projects are executed in accordance with Project Procedures Industry Quality Process, Client Standards, and applicable Industry Codes and Regulatory Requirements. • To Clarify and communicate the project scope to Team members • To Plan work activities, lead and support various project teams and liaison with all stakeholders to ensure execution of assigned project activities to meet set objectives and overcome challenges • To Ensure schedules are developed in accordance with Client expectations and project needs • To Monitor project performance and communicate performance and issues as appropriate to internal and external stakeholders • To Plan, manage and organize the site execution to ensure that project execution and erection are achieved within set time, schedule, scope, specification and cost. • To Ensure identification and assessment of all risks and critical path elements and build in measurable contingency plan. • To Work with projects coordinators for timely completion of tasks as planned • To Set performance targets, provide feedback, motivate and participate in development of project sections. • To Ensure timely, safe, efficient with cost and quality execution of all construction projects. • To Manager all interfaces between projects department and other departments and contractors. • To Encourage team members and stakeholders to execute the project activities to meet the set target and overcome challenges • To Ensure proper project documentation is maintain from project initiation to close-out
