• Responsible for identifying PO initiations comply to material production lead time, international shipping of material from China to Indonesia, logistics costs, material costs, and compare with the margin inside the PO/contract. • Carry out delivery reviews with Finance, Projects, Supply chain, and Customers to meet stakeholder needs in each PO/Contract (Upcoming, Ongoing, and has been running). • Collaborate with Project Engineer, Technical Director, also Product manager for specification accuracy of material that order from China. • Responsible for lead local supplier bidding for local material needs based on project demand and material requirement that comply to cost, lead time, and specification accuracy. • Responsible for demand planning, order planning accuracy, and order closing timeliness that comply with production lead time. • Responsible for the KPI of Material Controller Telkomsel Account all region in achieving Logistics cost ratio, Delivery notes rate, Consistency of Inventory Accounts and Goods (CIAG), also Material configuration and reservation plan. • Close coordination with LSP (Logistic Service Provider) for on time and safety material delivery requirement. • Responsible for designing material configuration list for each site based on Bill of Quantity and Local Material requirements, also releasing delivery notes to deliver materials from warehouse to site using LSP. • Manage inbound, outbound, transfer, inventory turnover, and stock accuracy of Huawei central and region warehouse for Telkomsel Project Account.

• Handle systems operation to release order to headquarter • Monitor cargo local for shipment from headquarter, custom clearenace, until material inbound to warehouse • Responsible for KPI on time delivery, order planning accuracy, order closing timeliness, and inventory turnover • Close coordination with other internal supply chain team and understand the scope of custom clearance, warehousing, local deliver, reverse logistics, and local procurement • Exercise availability of material on planning phase for support project execution • Managing configuration for material planning every site and accessories needed • Releasing bill number of material for delivery arrangement to site and make sure material are complete and arrived on time
