- Handling numerous crucial vendors with the highest operating costs for SLB operation. - Supporting All GU (ACE, AZT, BRZ, CAL, CHG, EAG, EMG, ESG, EUR, APG) request on expediting, de-expedite, amendment and cancellation. - Track on delivery process start/end and maintain OTD through (SAP, LCT, Power BI). - Provide solution and options for field location in completing their objective and job delivery from client. - Update and maintain PIR data for clean PO creation. - Support field location on complete process of 9 legs including before PO creation, During PO delivery and After PO delivery. - Perform back-end task to resolve Past Due PO. - Support Account Payable team to resolve payment issue, reversing invoice and creation of replacement order. - Maintain excellent relationship with Supplier Manager, Supplier, Requestor, Account Payable, Accenture, HLS, and 3PL. - Provide knowledge and training for requestor on creation of PO, performing Good Receipt, and tracking process. - Perform OTD Vet - Supplier Performance Review - Ensure on-time delivery for all orders in scope (M&S, Inventory, Assets). - Proactively escalate to relevant stakeholders the requests in the Red Zone and ensure actions are taken for orders in the Red Zone to move to the next Leg of the Supply process. - Cancel purchase orders in SLB systems (SWPS, GOLD) after consultation with internal / external suppliers. - Inform Product Lines, PLSL and other stakeholders of any concerns or delays in the order delivery. - Continuous improvement and knowledge management. - Comply and clean up open order report on a regular basis. - Support on problem solving on Document-Flow-Management (DFM) cases or other Account Payable issues. - Follow up on Goods Receipt

Role: MENA Proactive 1. Work with different heads of department to monitor inventory levels, assess supply vendors and ensure delivered supplies meet quality standards. 2. Ensure interdepartmental communication for improved coordination of productive operations. 3. Contact vendors, place orders, verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform product line of potential delays. 4. Collaborate with Project Managers for updates on delivery timelines. Additional Task: Past Due PO Management 1. Supporting cleanup process of Ageing PO which consist of 2020 to 2022 mass orders. 2. Responsible to communicate with both vendors and end user for mutual decision which resulting amendment and cancellation process. 3. Collecting data and prove of delivery from vendors for Good Receipt process. 4. Investigate potential issue on ageing order and provide options and solution to both parties. 5. Assisting business line on managing financial statements and inventory efficiently.

Role: MENA Expeditor (Oman, Pakistan, UAE & Iraq) 1. Ensure on-time delivery for all orders in scope (M&S, Inventory Assets). 2. Proactively follow up on order status with suppliers to ensure on- time completion. 3. Inform product lines, PLSL, and other stakeholders of any concerns or delays in the order delivery. 4. Proactively escalate to relevant stakeholders the requests in the Red Zone and ensure actions are taken for orders in the Red Zone to move to the next Leg of the Supply Process. 5. Follow up on good receipt & communicate order status to internal customers. Responsible for amendment on new purchase order including price, quantity, and currency amendment. Additional Task: Field Material Transfer (FMT) 1. Analyse and process the material requests of assigned FMT from the GeoMarkets. 2. Raise SR to send location where the item will be transferred from one country warehouse to another country 3. Proactively follow up with the sending location, IES, and LCT for the complete process to the end location. Providing Caddy reference number for country COL, USA, and CAN. 4. Ensuring on time delivery of item from 1 SLB entity to another country within estimated time. 5. Support to resolve shipment issues related with compliance and documentation. OIES 1. Manage to expedite the process of getting item to final location within scope. 2. Negotiate and discuss with supplier to hold the item in ready position to avoid lead time. 3. Able to support supplier understanding process of chemical products shipment requires extra procedure as per SLB regulations. Change support / Amendment / Revised PO 1. Support Location and supplier on revising Purchase order including change of price, required delivery date, incoterms, currency, unit of measure, CCK, cost center. 2. Supporting change of plant and SO to ensure the item collected on exact Incoterms. 3. Guiding location on getting approval towards the revised purchase order.

Role: Analyst (Malaysia & Singapore) 1. Handle demurrage claims, review, negotiate laytime statements and timesheets, raised in connections with Supply activities within the Supply Envelope. org. 2. Clarify events with Agents, Masters and terminal supervisors in resolving claim dispute. 3. Compute the necessary demurrage and recoveries analyses, initiates and negotiates for settlement with contractual parties. Maximize financial recoveries from all claims activities from third parties. Aim to minimize profit leakage thus meet business target. Provide T&R demurrage budget input to annual supply business plans. 4. Contribute by supporting Supply Ops team in achieving Operational Excellence through analysis and report actual performance against business plan (Cost Variance Analysis). 5. Prepare month end closing accruals and submit in timely manner. Identify and implement opportunities for improvements. Responsible to raise demurrage recoveries to Oil Seller (SIETCO/HRC) and negotiate within time bar.

Role: Transhipment (Singapore) 1. General responsibility for Singapore transshipment volumes (discharged from ocean vessels and on carriage by feeder vessels) on CMA CGM operated feeders as well as on 3rd party feeders. Berth planning in conjunction with terminal operators based on schedule, cargo availability and terminal resources, close coordination with CMA CGM Terminal Ops Team and husbandry agent. 2. Handling of inbound containers including checking (correcting if required) of discharge data including relaying to relevant terminal operators. 3. Checking whether cargo is ready to load, feedback to internal & external stakeholders if required. 4. Creating of special manifests for hazardous cargo (incl. check of availability of all packing certificates), out of gauge cargo as well as reefer containers. Handling of main vessel – main vessel Transshipment bookings (backup). 5. System Updates of planned feeder departures including load confirmations and ensuring feeders and mother vessel monthly target achieved.
