1) Ensure all bird’s nest processing activities comply with SOP, GMP, HACCP, and Halal requirements. 2) Supervise and verify quality inspection of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products before shipment. 3) Prepare and update quality control documentation, including CCP records, COA, cleaning logs, and temperature monitoring forms. 4) Monitor and coordinate pest control, calibration, and sanitation activities with third-party vendors. 5) Internal and external audits, including Halal, GMP, HACCP, and DVS audits. 6) Manage sample submissions to accredited laboratories for microbiological, nitrite, heavy metal, and calibration & equipment Verification. 7) Conduct food safety, hygiene, and compliance training for production staff and operators. 8) Perform daily hygiene inspections and internal plant audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards. 9) Report quality-related issues to the QA Manager / Factory Manager and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of raw materials, in process and finished product.Liaise with certification body for compliance audit in GMP and HALAL System. Conducting internal audit and plant review to ensure effective GMP. Direct, control and motivate all subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance. Direct the investigation of customers’ complaints on products and ensure proper measures are taken where necessary.ensure employees comply with the rules of PPE use and hygiene while in the production area.make record keeping, staff qualifications, factory cleanliness, equipment verification, process verification and customer complaints. For cleaning & sanitation, Decide area and equipment to be clean, Prepare tools and detergent to be used, Decide personnel responsible for cleaning & sanitation, Cleaning & sanitation work according to schedule. Responsible to pest control record. Responsible for establishing,implementing,monitoring and control of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Lastly, ensure the process from receiving raw materials until the finished product is delivered to the customer is clean & halal and safe to use.

1. Conduct NPP disk inspection with OSA Machine(Follow work standard or SOP and work instruction for of Disk Cleanliness/Waviness Inspection. Follow the specification and criteria as stated in Work Standard, SOP or Work instruction.To trigger and issue QTR(QUALITY TROUBLE REPORT) once detected non-confirming result. 2. Key-In Inspection result. (Follow work standard, SOP and Work Instruction of Cleanliness/Waviness Inspection to Key-in the data base on line, product code, production no and on each different customers criteria. Work with 1st inspection FL and technician on product quality and status after inspection.) 3. Check and Key-In Environment in Workplace. (Monitor and Key-In Air particle count inside cleanbooth of OSA Machine. Report to FL(formen Leader) and QA Manager if found exceed trigger and spec limit.) 4. Conduct Daily Check (Conduct Daily Check on measuring equipment and key-in result. Issue Equipment Trouble report if found non-conforming of measuring equipment.) 5. Perform 5s activity in workplace 15mins before end of Shift Working.
