- Oversee Boiler operation which consists of 52mt vibrating grate BoilerMech Boiler and 42mt Mackenzie Boiler together with ESP and Wet Scrubber as a Smoke Emission control Machinery. Plus taking charge in monitoring Decanter Cake Drying plant. - Oversee Power House operation which consists of 2unit of 2MW single phase turbine and 1unit of 3.1MW multi phase turbine and 2unit of 600kw Cummins Diesel Engine. - Oversee Biogas Plant operation which consists of 2unit of 500kw Jinan Biogas Engine (to help supply electricity to Mill operation), 2unit of 900kw Jenbacher (to sell electricity to the Telupid town) - Oversee Water Treatment operation which consists of Reverse Osmosis plant for better treatment of raw water.

1) Process Engineer •To involved in 24 Hours Mill Operation with two working shifts of 125 mill operators and 21 mill staff. •Generating value from minimizing oil and kernel losses during mill process through active monitoring. •Oversee the operations of Boiler and Turbine and experiences in both maintenance/inspection field. •Perform data analysis and identify mill performance issues on process losses ( •Experienced in RSPO, MSPO, ISO 22000 and ISCC audits. ) 2) Maintenance Engineer •Actively involved in planning and executing both planned and unplanned maintenance either before or during mill operation. •Perform data analyses and identify mill performance issues to reduce mill downtime through proper planning of scheduled. (To plan & execute maintenance when peak season finish to maintain mill throughput and efficiency) •To generate and master all type of bearing, chain, sprocket, metal, piping, pump and etc for mill purpose. 3) Project Engineer •To supervise Boiler Electrostatic precipitates (ESP) project for dust collectors that contributes to air pollution control. •Site supervision rebuilding housing for workers and staff (from lumbering and concrete of housing) (24 units successfully commission on 2020,2021 and 2022) •To plan and supervise concrete project such as at Loading ramp and damaged floor/wall inside and outside Mill. 4) Methane Capture and Storage (Biogas) Engineer •Management of Biogas Plant, Jinan Gas Engine 500kw operation and power generation, excess methane gas flaring using enclosed flaring system and effluent pond/wastewater[Palm Oill Mill Effluents (POME)] generated. 5) Safety & Environment Engineer •Process safety champion •Review and amend SOP, HIRARC and JSEA (To update/enhanced/improved Mill SOP, Hirarc and JSEA)

1) Assist in monitering and reporting the effective of corrective maintenance(CM) and preventive maintenance(PM) implementation. 2) Assist in performing technical work for the air conditioning system in the airport. (Ventilation, AHU, Cooling Tower). 3) Assist in performing inspection at the runway and involved in the patching project of the runway. 4) Manage to be responsible in the SAP works for Engineering works throughout the internship. 5) Assist in dealing with airport’s client or sub-con for engineering works.

1) Final Year Project (Effect of Oxidation Temperature on Colour Pigment Derived from Spent Acid and Calcium Hydroxide) - The recovery of the spent acid from a factory is done by this research where it can reduced pollution and cost. - The equipment used is Chromameter, Scanning Electron Microscopy and Energy Dispersive X-Ray. 2) Mechanical Design Process Competition (Design a futuristic and handy wheelchair) - Design a wheelchair by using AutoCAD. - Design the engineering characteristics to produce the wheelchair. 3) Capstone Design Competition (Design and Develop an adaptable hand device with multi-tool attachments) - Design a had device to assist daily life of disabled children. - Manufacture the prototype of the device and carry out several test.
