Key Achievements: Business Risk dashboards: Developed to visualize the risk involved in the business at any current moment. Responsive reports with notifications to keep management updated and notify of any breach so corrective action can be taken. Profit & Loss dashboard: Dashboard and interactive report to capture and analyze the financial health of the company. The dashboard is capable of visualization of KPI targets and comparison analytics. Job Role: Assisting the reporting and budgeting department with Business Intelligence tools Managing company fixed assets and assisting external audits. Management of Capital investment portfolio. Capturing and reporting of plant efficiencies using OEE tools. Conducting improvement projects which result in efficiency improvement or cost-saving.

- Collaborated closely with the manager in selecting and executing improvement projects, contributing valuable insights and support throughout the process. - Designed a comprehensive framework for data gathering, analysis, and presentation in a user-friendly dashboard format, enabling effective decision-making. - Acted as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination to ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon results. - Assisted in monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and addressing any obstacles or issues that arose.

As the project group leader, I effectively manage all aspects of the project, including conducting a comprehensive market survey for purchasing materials and accessories. I ensure the development of a strong team to support the project's success. I confidently secure sponsorships from multinational giants such as Unilever, Water Links, Shan Foods, and Procter & Gamble to raise funds. Additionally, I expertly handle import/export and logistical challenges, guaranteeing the successful arrival of the car on the Manila track.
