working in Ocean ceramics limited, it is Double fire wall tiles Plant, erection, commissioning and machines testing done with SACMI Technician, plant producing 23+ thousand m² production/day with good quality percentage. Plant haveTwins single layer SACMI kiln of length 210m (Biscuit) and 240 m(Glost) with width of 3400 mm and plant capacity is 23 thousand/Day.  Proficient in manufacturing distinct tile sizes, wall tiles:(30x60 cm ,30x90 cm and 40x100 cm) & Floor Tiles:( 60x60 cm and 60x120 cm, ensuring consistent quality across diverse specifications.  Handling simultaneous production of multiple sizes and types, optimizing operational workflow and resource utilization.  Modify the Heat Recovery Dryer, by optimizing its mechanism (previously reliant solely on kiln heat recovery), we achieved stable and regulated temperature control, unlocking ultra-high productivity.  Lead the erection and commissioning of rollers kilns and double layer dryer, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.  Collaborated with SACMI Technician, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate kiln installation activities, including equipment procurement, logistics, and scheduling.  Conducted thorough inspections and tests during kiln erection to identify and address any issues related to alignment, leveling, and structural integrity.  Overseeing the installation and alignment of kiln rollers, bearings, and supporting structures, ensuring proper functionality and longevity.  Led and cross check the work of the contractor company employees worked on kiln structure ,insulation of roof and chamber of kiln.

worked on double layer kiln (unit 3) on large size Floor tile plant with production of 23 thousand m^2 per day, with managing all the other documented work as an assistant in charge of the department.
