As the Project Manager, I am entrusted with the oversight of emergency repair works essential for maintaining the uninterrupted functionality and safety of water supply services provided to NEOM. Responsibilities • Led a team of engineers and contractors in the planning, coordination, and execution of emergency repair works within NEOM’s infrastructure, ensuring full alignment with NEOM’s high standards and requirements. • Developed and implemented project schedules, ensuring timely completion of repair works while adhering to NEOM's strict quality, safety, and HSE standards. • Managed project budgets, procurement processes, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency, and minimize costs • Conducted regular site inspections and quality assessments to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with NEOM’s operational guidelines, implementing corrective actions when necessary. • Prepared and submitted detailed progress reports to NEOM’s management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions. • Delivered weekly progress and HSE presentations to the NEOM client, keeping them informed of project developments, safety practices, and any necessary adjustments. • Demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills, effectively overcoming obstacles and ensuring successful project completion. • Led and oversaw the team, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and in compliance with NEOM’s safety and operational protocols. • Conducted regular meetings with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) personnel and site engineers, strictly enforcing NEOM’s HSE compliance to foster a safe and productive work environment. • Assisted the design team in developing firefighting equipment and plumbing projects, leveraging mechanical expertise to ensure solutions met technical requirements and HSE standards..

Working as a Mechanical Lead Engineer in following Projects: 1-Warehouse Extension (30x120m) 2-TCF Extension 3-Plastic Paint Shop 4-Paint Shop Extension 5-Warehouse & Canteen Extension 6-Warehouse Sprinkler System (60x120m) 7-Jigs Cleaning Area 8-MEP Approach Road 9-LPG Tanks 10-Hostel KPI’s -Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects. -Monitor the Firefighting piping installation in warehouse, TCF, Plastic paint shop, paint shop extension installed by contractors. -Monitor the Plumbing services (Compressed Air, RLNG, Soft water, Drainage) piping in TCF, Plastic paint shop and paint shop extension installed by contractors. -Carefully inspect the installed piping and mechanical works and make sure that the ongoing work is standardized. -Assign responsibilities and mentor project team. -Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and report regularly on project status. -Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. -Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. -Inspection of materials and working activities against MIR and RFIT's.

-Maintenance of GEA & CFS made Spiral freezer, Twin drum and all other machines. -Maintenance of All transport conveyors and other machines like, unimix, formax machines -Maintenance of Gear Boxes. Transport conveyors mesh belt repairing and as soon as production started. -Minimize breakdown and continuously started production. -All machine mechanically problems were solved and other major issues were resolved by hand. -Assist in inspection of equipment for its Healthiness. -Maintenance/Operational update the job completion record. -Stick adherence to plant safety protocol and good housekeeping.

-Repairing of Valves (butterfly Valves, ball valves, Glove Valves, Gate valves, bucket Valve, Single Seat Valve, Mix proof Valves) -Repairing of Pumps (Centrifugal and Positive Displacement) -Install bearings, Sprockets, transmission gears and pneumatic Valves etc. -Maintenance of mechanical Equipment’s. -Maintain workshop equipment and facilities. -Provide support to Mechanical Department -Maintain all data of mechanical work shop -Comply with safety standards at all times.
