o Responsible for all packaging development of J. & Almirah i.e. Inlay/Tag Cards, Poly/Non-Woven/ Paper Handbags, All sorts of PVC/Poly/Non-Woven Suit Cover & Zipper Bags, Boxes/Cartons etc. … o Responsible for all sale campaign packaging and promotional cards o Involves in implementation of biodegradable or Recyclable material used for packaging o Responsible for all delegated items P2P cycle o Involves in purchasing of all packaging material and accessories o Involves in all packaging tests and trials to ensure that packaging solutions meet brand quality standards. o Daily Follow-up Packaging and Accesories Deliveries o Proceed purchase orders & communicate to vendors o Create & maintain strategic relationships with vendors/suppliers o Maintain purchase record and other important data o Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product development, marketing o Identify opportunities to optimize packaging Processes and improve quality o Keep up-to-date with developments and trends in packaging technology and make recommendations for changes to packaging strategies as needed

o Assist and provide support to the Head of Procurement in driving forward all procurement process in order to achieve agreed outcomes and better value for money o Involves in wholeP2P process o Follow up with suppliers/vendors o Responsible for ordering of all packaging material and accessories o Create and maintain good relationship with vendors/suppliers o Reports to the Head procurement and receives verbal and written direction and instruction o Negotiate the prices for all materials, to keep the end product competitive on Pricing o Involves in item development and R&D with concern departments from top to bottom

o Responsible for receiving of daily basis requisitions from store department o Working with team members and procurement manager to complete daily activities in o o Manage all procurement process in Microsoft AX or ERP o Making local purchase order in Microsoft AX or ERP o Visit suppliers to ensure deliveries are as per schedule or R&D o Asst. all procurement department in absence of any concern person o Coordinating with Stores and suppliers regarding their daily deliveries & GRN on daily basis
