- To prepare and finalize the Annual, Half Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly Accounts. - To co-ordinate the External Auditors for the purpose of Annual Audit and Half Yearly review. - Stocks valuation for the purpose of Annual Financial Statement. - To prepare monthly management accounts. - Monthly stock take and Report to CEO. - Packing and sizing cost budgeting and report to CEO. - Involved in Operations and report to CEO. - Budgeting regarding salaries and other benefits. - To handle export sales, all export sales Expenses. - Verify and check all types of receipt local and export. - To handle all types of conversion and processing contract. - To check all types of Vouchers of Weaving Unit. - Reconciliation of Export and Local Debtors. - To handle waste tender on monthly basis. - To handle sales and income tax matters. - To handle mill petty expenses and report to CEO. - Calculation of Exchange gain/loss on Export debtors, commission and Export expenses. - To co-ordinate the Internal Auditors regarding various accounting and tax matters.

- Performing pre-audit activities, client background checks, compliance with Companies Ordinance, - Compliance with PPRA rules and other regulatory standards ; - Preparation and Finalization of Internal Audit reports; - Compliance with accounting standards, performing risk assessment procedures; - Preparation and submission of business proposals on behalf of the firm; and - Attending bid opening meetings as a representative of firm.
