Project: Execution of Infrastructure Works & Site Grading – Briman, Jeddah Client: Ministry of Defense Scope: Earthworks, infrastructure, utilities, drainage systems, roads, power stations, STP, district cooling, fencing, and external connections. → Develop integrated project plans aligning scope, schedule, and resources → Lead project controls framework covering cost, schedule, and change management → Manage baseline and detailed schedules using Primavera P6 → Perform Earned Value Management analysis for cost and schedule performance → Conduct delay analysis and prepare EOT claims as per FIDIC contracts → Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking activities → Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies → Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project alignment

Project: Construction of Othaim Park, Dammam Client: Al Othaim Scope: Mall construction, high-rise residential apartments, hotel, road network, MEP works → Develop and implement project control strategies for large-scale developments → Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 → Monitor project KPIs including cost, schedule, and resource utilization → Identify project risks and execute mitigation plans → Create dashboards and reporting systems for performance tracking → Track progress against baseline schedules and initiate corrective actions → Lead and mentor planning engineers and project control teams → Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and project teams

Projects: • Duba Green Integrated Solar Combined Cycle Power Plant • Natural Gas Pipelines & Auxiliaries • Demolition of Haii Al Nawa Camps • Construction of School in RCY Scope: Piping fabrication, pipe supports, painting works → Develop baseline and look-ahead schedules for multiple projects → Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports → Conduct Earned Value analysis for cost and schedule performance → Support claims management including EOT and variation orders → Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources → Monitor project progress and identify deviations → Coordinate with project teams for schedule updates and reporting → Support project control and documentation processes
