Experienced production and process professional with extensive expertise in the BOPP film industry and industrial manufacturing. I began my career with Toyota Indus Motors, where I worked for three years and developed strong fundamentals in manufacturing operations and production systems.I then served at Tripack Films Ltd. from 2011 to 2023 in the Production Department, gaining in-depth experience in BOPP film manufacturing, process optimization, and plant operations.From September 2023 to 2025, I worked with IPak Films Ltd., where I played a key role in the installation and successful commissioning of Pakistan’s first 10.4m Bruckner BOPP production line along with a J. Kampf slitter line. The project was completed successfully, and production was started efficiently.Currently, I am working with Polypack Films Ltd. as an Offline Process Supervisor, focusing on process control, production quality, and operational efficiency in BOPP film converting operations.My professional focus includes BOPP film production, slitting operations, process optimization, plant commissioning, and continuous improvement in manufacturing performance.
