o Lead, Supervised and supported a team of POS Engineers & Supervisors. o Assisted POS Managers & director on daily basis with works & Inspections. o Coordination with consultant to get the approvals of different activities on daily bases. o To attend weekly meeting with construction manager and consultant to solve the critical maters. o Managing the handing over process done by POS site team to the POS T&C team. o Management & Supervision of POS works at Depots, Viaduct, Stations & Tunnel Activities. o Delivering commitments regarding POS master planning (schedule in force at the construction time) and associated human resources. o Ensuring that installation procedures are followed. o Ensuring that the team is efficient. o Ensuring that safety rules are followed. o Collecting and signing daily reports relating to the activity and forwarding them to the Power Supply Line Installation Manager. o Handling subcontractor as main contactor in context of ensuring daily progress. o Installation of Cable Ladder, Trays and Truncking of MV, LV, Control & Fiber Optic. o Supervision of lifting and skedding for all types of equipment with EHS rules & regulations. o Installation of LV & Control Panels, Traction Protection & Distribution Cubicles, Blue light stations, Hesope System, 33KV Switchgear and Transformers. o Cable Laying and Cable Terminations of LV, Traction, Control and Power Cables. o Grounding (Mech, Clean Earthing & Power Earthing). o Megger Test for cables, DC Equipment and High Pot for MV Cables. o Third Rail Cables Terminations. o Ensured all activities as per Approved Drawings & Quality Standards. o Followed Safety for Person & Equipment while assignments. o Assignments completion with approach of scheduled project timeline. o Office & Site Coordination between other system contractors.

o Responsible for the overall profitability and performance of the project. The main responsibilities are to manage the project and initiate control systems from the planning and construction stage to its successful completion. o Ensure project is ahead of schedule, within specification, budget and above customers expectation. o Careful resources planning/requisition to ensure sufficient manpower/equipment/material are available on site for continuity. o Attend/conduct daily meeting with project/contractors’ staff. o Ensure site safety rules are strictly adhered to. Aim to achieve zero incidents. o Identify training needs to staff on quality, safety and technical work. o Oversee and ensure materials, equipment and work conforms to requirements. o Project cost control o Provide technical support to projects o Co-ordination of sub-contractor's works o Perform measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities o Obtained quotations and put up recommendation for management’s approval o Prepare the sub-contract/purchasing document for review & approval by management. o Prepare and submit monthly progress claim to Client/Main Contractor o Compute variation order claim and prepare the final accounts for settlement with client/consultant o Prepare final accounts of sub-contract work o Prepare progress payment certificates for sub-contractors o Review contracts and make necessary provisions for them. o Preparation & Maintenance of documents like Job completion report, MOM, Variation Documents, Weekly progress reports, Purchase orders, Packing list & invoice, Shipment documents as per standard formats. o Communicate with Clients through Submittals & transmittals by maintaining a master Document submittal sheet. o Incorporating comments & punch points by clients. o Release of all necessary Documents/Drawings, Procurements, Site drawings set for Terminal Diagram, Ferrules, Inter-panel wiring drawings.

o Study of Client/Consultant specification and understanding their final requirements, asking any queries if not getting clear idea about inputs, their confirmations against deviations, raising commercial bends to sales team. o Preparation of General arrangement, making Cable Schedules wiring diagrams for DB’s and for the Engine Control cabinets[ECC], Single Line Diagram, Feeder List, Bill of Material, Busbar layout, Schematics, Making Cable tray layouts & its designs, planning for Cabling, Design & selection of Multi cable transits [MCT] etc. based on project requirements. o Preparation of control schematic for the various Starters, Feeders, Incomers, Manual/ Auto-change-over Logics, Synchronization using DSE controller, various relay logics, Auto-Manual/ Local-Remote Selection etc. o Preparation of Drawing/Documents like Engine interface drawings, Load calculation, Equipment Installation Guide, Procedure Guides. o Preparation of termination details for Electrical connection in panels o Testing & Commissioning Engineer for Cummins Diesel Genset Packages for Cummins Middle East. o Meet Client for their queries, resolve it and finally to get Approval from Client & schedule the Panels for Manufacturing.
