As a member of a dedicated Phase Five Reliability Team, playing a crucial role in facilitating the seamless transition from EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) to plant operations. This involves navigating through construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities with precision and care till plant operations.

• Supported successful completion of ALWAHA plants (PDH & PP) TAM'24, focusing on asset reliability and seamless start-up. • Implemented GE ADAPT 3701 for the largest PP extruder gearbox, enhancing diagnostic monitoring post-upgradation. • Contributed to the commitment and success of the entire team at SIPCHEM in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.

Major Job Role & Responsibilities, ·         Responsible for technical review & reconciliation of customer specifications and translation into factory requirements. ·         Providing real time vibration analysis and supervised the portable vibration collection and interpretation efforts of maintenance and operations personnel. ·         Preparation of data sheets for compressors, steam and gas turbines, pumps and other rotating equipment ·         Assisting the Turbomachinery Section and Planner with pre-planning of all planned turnarounds, shutdowns, and special projects including timing, accumulation of job lists, ordering of parts and materials, sequencing of jobs around a critical path, sizing of work crews based on job estimation, and preparation of an overall schedule. ·         During the execution of these projects specially T&I-2020, monitor the progress of the work along with ensuring on-time support for decision making. ·         Vibration-related work also included unit pre-turnaround surveys and overhaul work lists, the installation of non-contact probes and vibration monitoring equipment, and the field balancing of rotating equipment. ·         Maintain the Bently Nevada System1 data acquisition system and coordinate training to maintain a base of expertise of vibration analysis knowledge in the maintenance department ·         Update and maintains a Lubrication Procedures & Manuals containing lubricant specifications and lubricating instructions for all plant machinery including electric and steam drivers. ·         Perform analyses of pertinent management information reports and equipment histories for the purpose of identifying items of machinery and rotating equipment with high maintenance costs or with lubrication problems and makes recommendations for corrective action. Followup to see that corrective actions are implemented. ·         Familiarity with the following codes : API (610-619 Pumps / Compressors / Turbines ) ISO and ASME.

Technical Highlights & Projects ·         Lead a team of 6-engineers for PRC Phase-II CRT-2019(Creditor’s Reliability Test), ensuring optimum plant running condition while providing on spot troubleshooting and conditions ·         Part of a multi-discipline team that completed an upgrade project of recycle gas compressor for HDPE plant with $10 Million in annual benefits. ·         Successfully revamped a site-wide vibration analysis program for Phase-I (Monomer-I, Polymer-I & Refinery)  reducing maintenance expense Performed field vibration tests for existing or new equipment, and developed and implemented machinery surveillance plans for Phase-II and Phase-III Updated Lubrication Procedures and PM Programs for all critical rotating assets & turbomachinery. Responsible for the implementation of these programs, monitoring the effectiveness of the program, and making modifications as necessary. Helped to reinstate a lube oil sampling program for PRC assets. Successfully prepared and executed 18 interactive training sessions for young technicians ass part of in-house expertise development project.

Directly supporting a failure analysis group of team-leads & co-engineers in reliability projects to define, plan, program & execute predictive, proactive & preventive actions. Erudite condition monitoring techniques & remedies including (but not limited to) Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Motor Current Analysis, In-situ Dynamic Balancing & Laser Shaft Alignment; all through the execution, documentation & application stages. Responsibilities Include: 1. Monitoring plant reliability performance parameter and implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology as company’s maintenance strategy. 2. Part of a devoted team for the inspection of rotary equipment and utilities in the World largest Polymer Plants (LDPE & HDPE - 400 KTA each). 3. Providing technical assistance to operation and maintenance and submits recommendations based on vibration and performance analysis, regarding the repair, replacement of defective parts and equipment malfunctions. 4. Maintains and updates the historical records of all rotating equipment. 5. Responsible for performing Vibration Analysis of assigned plants and generating reports and triggers necessary actions. Ensuring that reports are clearly specifying recommended corrective actions and time line for the corrective actions. 6. Online condition monitoring of rotating equipment’s parameters includes vibration measurements, bearing temperatures, shaft position & RPM using Bentley Nevada’s System 1. 7. Ensuring reliable operation of production lines main stream extruders via online vibration monitoring software system provided by Prognost-Predictor and MTC machinery Health Corporation. 8. Maintain the condition monitoring Software and Hardware to its best level of performance.

Key Responsibilities: Vibration Analysis: 1. To carry out vibration data collection & analysis visits at client's premises independently. 2. Looks for change, carries out FFT, TWF analysis, diagnose common fault condition & recommend remedies. 3. Working with maintenance teams and directing them to perform optimum maintenance solutions to enhance Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). 4. Carry out phase analysis and other verification tests when needed. IR Thermography: 1. Visit client's premises to provide thermal imaging services independently. 2. Take thermal & digital images as per application requirement and perform verification tests. 3. Application includes both electrical & mechanical applications e.g. Electrical: Transformers, Bus-bars, Switch yards, panels etc. Mechanical: Refractory, Boilers, Kilns, Ducts, Manholes, Expansion joints etc Balancing: 1. Diagnose imbalance fault condition using vibration analysis. 2. Perform balancing on almost all sorts of rotors independently. 3. Application includes pumps, fans, agitators, cooling tower fans, centrifuges, cutters, shredders pulleys, couplings and motor rotors etc rpm ranging 200rpm - 4200 rpm. Laser Alignments: 1. Visit customer facilities to provide laser alignment services independently. 2. Specialty involves soft-foot, thermal growth & train alignment. 3. Applications include Turbines, Engines, Compressors, Refiners and Pumps etc. 4. Lead a team of three professionals to align Asia’s Largest Compressor 20.5 MW @ LOTTE Chemicals PTA Pakistan. 5. Hands on experience of shaft alignment tools i.e. TMEA-1, TKSA-20,TKSA-40,TKSA-60 & 80 (wireless) Trainer: I have conducted technical trainings / practicals on topics including Vibration Analysis (Basics and Advanced), Infra Red (IR) Thermography, Balancing and Shaft / Belt Laser Alignment to participants ranging from Mid-level to higher management. Till now I have conducted about 15 courses regarding different techniques on the above mentioned topics.

Develop, evaluate & document advance manufacturing methods & processes through Lean techniques & Kaizen events. Analyze & re-engineer production layouts, and design& implement efficiency &quality improvement projects across production and assembly lines. Selected Contributions: 1. Successfully implemented QMS & improved shop floor layout 2. Planned &initiated PDCA to overcome quality related problems.Achieved up to 30% reduction in PPM Level. 3. Currently working on Process Design and Improvements through FMEA and Process Capability Analysis. 4. Developed floor level training plan for the work force and delivered to operators for learning and process improvements. 5. Successfully and effectively completed assigned tasks within set time boundaries.

Study and implementation of Quality Maintenance Pillar of Total Productive/Preventive Maintenance (TPM)-Lean Manufacturing, in Business Unit Flexible Packaging Department at Packages Ltd. Worked to enhance machine availability and increase Over All Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

Topped Industrial and Manufacturing Department (Mechanical) with a CGPA 3.845/4, also enrolled in Dean's Honor Roll for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th Semester for scoring more than 3.7 GPA. Received Gold Medal in the 21st Convocation of University of Engineering & Technology.
