• Heading and monitoring KPIs of indirect sourcing team of all 6 factories in HNR and align their KPIs as per company strategy. • Induction of quality suppliers while focusing HNR policy of per unit cost reduction and achieved 20% saving in MRP Items. • Deployment of SAP in HNR to get maximum out of that. SAP go-Live in HNR since 2016. • Restructuring of existing indirect purchase team to ripen sense of responsibility, less human dependency, team development, accountability and job rotation. • Efficiently monitor spend management and vendor management to avoid any operational delays. • Manage all internal and external stakeholders for timely execution of strategic projects. • Development of SOP Manual for indirect purchase section to comply latest procurement practices in HNR • Allocate SKUs vise purchase quota with lowest vendors to avoid shortages and inventory management with vendor of electrical, mechanical and automation related materials.

• Planning and execution of materials and services purchasing to achieve business targets and consumptions needs through contracts and agreements with key suppliers and 3PL vendors. • Procurement of CAPEX items by ensuring compliance of CCI standard. • Continuous coordination with HO strategic sourcing team for category buying agreement, amendment, addendums and its deployment. • Maintain saving sheet as per CCI global requirements and targets. • Close coordination with all functional departments e.g. HR, Marketing, Supply Chain etc. to achieve business objective.

o Responsible to arrange packing material of more than 300 SKUs on timely manner. o Finding potential new vendors from (National and International) Markets for Printing, Marketing, Transportation & Raw Chemicals and arrange visits for vendor evaluation. o Analyze the seasonal sales forecast for negotiation with key vendors and execution of purchase contract. o Met the Production demand of Strip Qarshi Johar Joshanda (125 Metric Tons) through successfully implementation of JIT. o Achieved 10% Reduction in inbound freight cost through contract management, negotiations, collaboration with other functions and optimize logistic model. o Execute all necessary documentation and protocols for Media campaigns including Print Media and Electronic Media. o Attain Fifty Million per annum saving through successful shifting on BOPP Labels of QJS. o Follow-up with Marketing Department and Advertisement Agency to ensure uninterrupted Airing of commercial Add on TV and Radio as per approved media plan. o Conduct Market research and keep abreast of market developments to ensure we are paying the best prices for goods and services. o Execution of purchase demand through issuance of purchase orders and continuous follow-up with vendors afterwards. o Correspondence with Finance Department to ensure smooth payment process of suppliers.

Have been responsible for: o Develop existing vendors as business partner to achieve cost saving from them. o Analysis of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Review inventory and replenishment of material. o Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. o Reduce the lead time of procurement activities with effective planning and coordination with sources to ensure company obtains the best value for expenditure on goods and services. o Check and confirm accuracy of documents. o Initiate and process technical Contracts/ Agreements/ Rate Sheets for recurring Items/ Services. o Preparation of Budget in combination of MRP and Book Material Short Status Report (Short 30 & 60). o Responsible for finding potential new vendors from the market for Printing, Marketing, Transportation & Raw Chemicals and arrange visits for inspections for vendor evaluation. o Responsible for the preparation of documents (to comply with all ISO 9001, EMS 14001, QMS & cGMP standards). o Continuous follow ups for Planning & Purchase keeping in view of inventory level, work in process and finished goods for SZL. o Handling the complaints with the vendors and their elimination on timely basis. o Sampling & Coordination with BU & Vendor to meet the requirement. o Implementation of six sigma and lean procurement techniques to reduce procurement cycle, number of activities and lead time by proper scheduling of supplies and minimizing number of transactions o To pursue and coordinate various activities of different departments i.e. Admin, Production, Engineering, R&D/QA, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Distribution & Sales for the launch of the product(s) within time frame.
