I am tasked with the development of Supply Chain ERP to support manufacturing operations and synchronize E2E operations. Worked with collaboration of a 3PL Distribution Centre DSV (formerly known as Agility) and successfully handled 100% of P&G Pakistan's Warehouse Operations with no business interruption during the entire tenure. Core Responsibilities: • Led the team of 65+ 3PL Warehouse Employees (DSV) to ensure Inventory Receiving, Storage and Shipping on time as per 100% compliance of HSE and QA guidelines • Ensure the right balance of Capacity to Demand, optimizing warehouse racks to support the seasonal spikes • Responsible for supporting all internal and external audits and to ensure zero major observations in warehouse • Led visits from customers, plant teams, and government agencies, ensuring a comprehensive experience • Managed both internal and external audits to ensure compliance and efficiency • Addressed and resolved quality control issues to maintain product standards • Making sure stock availability to meet demand requirements • Managed contracts and vendors, ensuring vendor qualification and compliance • Ensuring all resources including warehouse equipments and team is delivering at optimum level and all conflicts are addressed in a timely manner

Reporting to Warehouse Manager, I was responsible for smooth coordination between Sales Logistics and 3PL Warehouse teams. Ensuring all shipments are done on time by using WMS and SAP systems as per QA and HSE standards. Core Responsibilities: • Prevented business disruptions by addressing SAP and WMS issues promptly • Met monthly shipment targets before the month ends • Maximized warehouse capacity utilization with no idle pallet spots • Facilitated timely product releases to achieve on-time delivery to customers • Provided timely inventory reports to the order management team • Allocated products according to required storage conditions • Coordinating with transportation team to avoid any delays in shipments • Cultivated orchestrated relationships with vendors and third-party logistics providers • Ensure zero Non Performing Inventory (NPI) by month-end • Optimized operations to eliminate recurring tasks • Ensure the WMS vs SAP inventory reports are reconciled by 99.99% on daily basis

Reporting to the International Trade Manager, I was responsible for timely custom clearance and ensure availability of product in Warehouse. Core Responsibilities: • Collaborate with freight forwarders to ensure the timely receiving and customer clearance of all imports • Ensure the documentation is complete and accurate to process the custom duties and freight forwarder payments • Create all the import and export orders in SAP and share it timely with all relevant stake holders • Making sure all tracking reports are updated and shared with supply planning and order management teams • Arranging the regular drum beats with freight forwarders to avoid any conflicts and ensure smooth relationships

Reporting to Country Sales Logistics Leader, responsible for the seamless operations of shipments from P&G and receiving at Distributors end. Also managed SAP Super user role for Order Management and Accounts Receivable Core Responsibilities: • Prepare a plan for timely shipments to customer and facilitate for timely offloading. • Lead & manage all operational issues during shipment dispatch until its received and acknowledge by distributor • Ensure that no customer shipment orders are withheld behind the credit limit • Maintain KPIs for sales logistics which include on time payments, number of customer complaints, Days of Sales outstanding and overdues • Ensured no delays in shipment transportation for loading customer order • Led internal and external audits, ensuring all risks were addressed and cleared • Automated the invoice-sharing process with customers • Ensured invoice layouts were customer-friendly and compliant with legal requirements • Achieved full regional qualification in SAP as a super user of credit control • Share monthly sales logistics KPIs with top management • Ensure timely issuance of credit notes • Fostered strong collaboration between supply chain and finance teams

Responsible for arranging the raw pack material for daily production runs. Ensuring timely shipments of Finished Goods to Distribution Centre, while maintaining all safety and quality standards. I also worked as a backup of Store room leader Core Responsibilities: • Arranging transportation fleets to ensure timely shipment of finished goods to 3PL Distribution Centers or Direct to Customer • Planning and creating orders in SAP for raw and pack materials as per production run of next 48 hours • Responsible to maintain warehouse safety and quality standards within my team of 12 workers • Actively participating in Quality Pillar meeting, Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and other multifunctional connects, closing all action steps related to warehousing and transportation within given timelines • Ensured warehouse equipment timely inspection.

Reporting to Senior Manager Supply Chain Management. I was Inducted as a Junior Executive for Material Requirement Planner. I was responsible to assist 3 different plants for raw and pack material planning Core Responsibilities: • Tasked with setting the accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERP system and ensure its accuracy during production • Ensure timely dispatch of shipment containers to fulfil the customer demand • Responsible for identifying under utilized machines and to ensure improve in productivity by optimized utilization

I completed an MBA in Supply Chain Management from one of the top ranked University in Pakistan, Iqra University. I completed 28 Business administration courses along with 3 specialized courses of Supply Chain Management. Followed by 2 detailed thesis on implications of Logistics Practices in Automobile Industries.

Its a pure business related Bachelors from National College Karachi. It had major subjects related to Costs and Accounting. It added more value in the course from statistics, economics and business law.
