Sep 2021 – May 2022 •Remaining Enabling Works [145 working piles and 68Secant Piles] April 2022 – Aug. 2022 •Main Contract Works – 4 Stars Crowne Plaza Hotel 3B+G+14+RF on around 11,000m2 Plot @ Olaya Riyadh– KSA Nov 2021 – Aug 2024 It is a 302 key project consisting of 192 hotel keys & 110 Apartment along with public areas, restaurants, meeting rooms and all-day dining, etc. •Design, procure & execute Project Hoarding in coordination with all stakeholders like marketing, retail & Committee. •Khoubar Mall @ Khoubar in Concept Design Stage and Design to be completed by Oct 2022 Key Responsibilities: •Providing thought leadership, senior-level project management oversight from design through completion and presiding over day-to-day activities of the projects under supervision. •Superintending a dynamic project management team, mentoring/building cohesive engineering teams able to accomplish large-scale projects.

Accomplishments: •Effectively handled site mobilization including offices, and warehouse and acquired the required team to execute. •Completion of 1.6km swale including 68 nos. retaining walls. •Created history by successfully designing procurement & execution/ erection of the first CONXTCH Steel Structure building in KSA within record two weeks. •SCADA System procurement & design. •Planned, coordinated, and executed approx. 180 thousand square meter area containing landscaping with complex underground sewer, storm, portable, telecom, power, and structure foundations. Completion of Asphalt around 34k m2 •Engineering and execution of curtain walls around 8,300m2. •Infrastructure including but not limited to underground MEP works, landscape and walkways, parking, boundary walls and roads. Key Projects to Credit: •The South Dhahran [AJYAL] Home Ownership Project - Educational Facilities & Fire Station Building for ARAMCO KSA @ SDHOP, Ajyal – KSA •Description: The South Dhahran [Ajyal] Home Ownership project is a Saudi ARAMCO housing project with supporting infrastructure and utilities on a total land of approximately 10.2km2. It also includes executing 2 school projects [438 & 439] comprising 12 buildings and Fire Station building in Increment – I, which are assigned to Sinohydro through LSTK Contracts. •Area of the project: 218,966m2 •Cost: Around One Billion Saudi Riyal Key Responsibilities: •Steered project management excellence and ensured integrity and delivery of multiple high-end projects concerning time, budget, scope, change, quality, HSE, risk and resources in the most challenging environments. •Headed a team of dynamic Project Engineers, mentored them on all practical aspects of construction. Conducted site visits to supervise the structure construction, inspections, and quality control as well as assist in all construction activities in a troubleshooting capacity. •Liaised with consultant and client on all issues that require their intervention and approvals.

Accomplishments: •Commanded design and site mobilization on time for the LSTK KAUST infrastructure project. •Accredited for the achievement of 2 million safe man hours in the ARAMCO project •Under my leadership attained Project Quality Index (PQI) and Project Safety Index (PSI) well above 90%. •Established company in-house groups for joinery, masonry, plaster, and painting at building works as well as of street lighting and painting group at KAUST infrastructure project. •Established Precast Concrete Factory, which enabled on-time completion and handover of crash rated concrete and blast-resistant walls and ballistic masonry walls. •Successfully completed bulletproof aluminum and steel doors and windows. •Delivered Al Jawhara Tower diamond shape structure with an average slab cycle of 9 days •Height 187 m / 614 ft, Floors 48 •# 4 Tallest in Jeddah •# 25 Tallest in Saudi Arabia •# 240 Tallest in the Middle East •# 2588 Tallest in the world. Key Projects to Credit: •Feb’13 – Mar’16: SR 450 million, KAUST Perimeter Security Systems for ARAMCO KSA @ Thuwal, Jeddah – KSA •Description: This infrastructure project contains the construction of about a 15km crash-rated 4-meter-high concrete fence, concrete ditch, and Intrusion Detection Assessment System & MIDS. •Handed over 8 km road with two lanes along with palm trees, automatic irrigation system, street lighting, walkways, bicycle track, 30Km patrol and maintenance roads along with 24 cells each 4m wide concrete Culvert. •Sep’11 – Jan’13: SR 450 million, Al Jawhara Tower (Versace Flats) for DAMAC Properties @ Jeddah – KSA •Description: Al Jawhara Tower is a state-of-the-art project with a diamond shape, a residential tower with a basement and three floors of parking and the health club floor is giving an excellent view of the Red Sea. •Typical Floors 40 and the Versace Floors start at 31st floor till last 40th floor.
