Being Engineering Team Head , lead the projects for expansion of production from 12K/Day of garments to 30K per day . Designed and derived the setup to enhance the capacities of all Utilities setup leading to smooth operations. Other:Maintenance , Sustainability , Innovation , Automation ,RIDAS )

Executed the project leading to operations of 4MVA, 11KV Cat 3516 Genset based synchronised power house . Genset and wapda source being 0.6KM apart, were sync. via fiber optical communication and interconnecting power cable was used for double flow with complete main stream network covered with protection relays .

Completed the project of Yarn Dying Setup installation and operation (10Tons per day) . Lead the job of dismantling of old plant at Lahore Raiwand road (Ijaz Dying) , moved the plant safely to Faisalabad & completed the installation of setup including related required utilities .
