* Manage the distribution of daily cash to ATM’s by analysing the historical data and conducting demand forecasting per ATM. * Reduce daily overdraft of ATM’s through analysing daily ATM balances to ensure that optimum cash is dispensed before replenishment. * Optimising dedicated Cash-in-Transit vehicles through increasing the number of ATM’s replenished per vehicle without impacting ATM availability. * Managing and evaluating shared Cash-in-Transit vehicle network to reduce loads through ensuring that ATM’s are optimally loaded, reducing the number of loads required. * Reduce amount of cash in ATM’s and Counting houses by ensuring current cash utilization increases * Monitor and Analyze paper usage per ATM and CIT Branch and determine usage trends in order to pro-actively supply paper as required.

* Performing various tasks and activities based on project requirements of clients. * Tasks include warehouse relocation, planning and scheduling, expediting, sourcing, root cause analysis, continous improvement assessments. * Clients include Sasol, Weir minerals, Woolworths, Kimberly- Clarke, Sasko, Redisa

* Demand Planning * Forecasting * Manage relationships with suppliers * Create Purchase Orders * Costing of local and International stock * Responsible for negotiating prices * Reporting of sales and inventory levels * Pricing * Stock rotation * Forex planning * Price Protection * Responsible for tracking of shipments * GRV of stock into system

*  Managing the demand and distribution of inventory ( Retail P.O.S hardware), availability using demand forecasting, historical orders, usage and software tools in order to support operational plans and customer demand of the company. *  Manage adherence to stock levels. ( re- orders and gearing) *  Generate and monitor open purchase orders and follow up on any past, due or delayed receipts in line with company timing. *  Responsible for assuring that the requirements for the purchased items are filled in a timely and cost – effective manner and that stocking levels are maintained within established guidelines. (Purchasing and delivery budget). *  Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports thereby increasing the awareness of issues pertaining to inventories (distribution and replenishment plans). *  Report and resolve customer service issues prompty. *  Maintaining planning system and software. *  Support supply chain services and operations managers in various analyses and other tasks in order to meet inventory targets.
