Responsible for monitoring the operation and maintenance of the De-dusting System (ID -fans,Bag Houses,Dust transfer conveyors,dust silo,control dampers,Gas burners) and Material handling systems (Belt conveyors,Bucket elevators,Bins,Chutes,Vibrators,material injections machines, Pneumatic). Preparing and executing the preventive maintenance and major repair programs for these areas,Ordering and studying offers for these systems Spare parts.Attending the plant management everyday meetings,and also the plant shutdown planning and preparation meetings,also responsible for the rubber belt vulcanizing jobs in the whole SSC Plants.

Responsible for leading the maintenance crew and Controlling all the maintenance activities during my shift in the whole plant .Monitoring the state of the whole equipment of the steel melt shop (EAF,LF,De-dusting,Material handling equipment,Material injection equipment,CCM,Over head cranes,Utilities,Hydraulics),Planning and executing the repair works during my shift,Executing the maintenance programs during plant shutdown.

Received Rolling Mill technology training by SSC. Rolling mill training dept. (Introduction and advanced courses passed the qualification test grade Excellent) ,Working as maintenance shift engineer at Egyptian Steel Co. Rolling Mill for training till SSC Rolling mill 1 Start up.

Monitoring the state of the RIG Diesel engines and the engine fluids levels,also monitoring the RIG hydraulic systems.Doing the lubrication and oil change works for the whole RIG equipment,Helping the Senior mechanic in the maintenance works and major repair of diesel engines.working in dismantle and assemblage works of RIG move activities.
