Accident Reporting Procedure -To implement procedure of any accident, incident & dangerous occurrence at all factories. -To register, control & monitor any accident, incident & dangerous occurrence occurred from all factories. -To ensure all worker’s cases related with lost day more than 4 days or fatality cases are reported to Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) within requirement period. 3. Accident Investigation -To lead and perform investigation after accident occurred within 7 days. -To compile and record all completed cases reported. -To assist team finding corrective action and follow-up. 4. Annually Accident Reporting (JKKP 8) -To provide all accident occurred inside premise data and submit to DOSH by the end of year annually. 5. Workplace Inspection -To plan & establish schedule for all factories workplace inspection. -To analyze monthly statistic for findings from workplace inspection. 6. Factory/Area Management -To establish, communicate, maintain and review HIRADC and Safe Work Instruction (SWI) for every work activity. -To support in Industrial Hygiene for Noise Exposure (Noise Risk Assessment (NRA), Noise mapping, Personal Noise Monitoring and Audiometric) -To support in Industrial Hygiene for Chemical management, Noise Exposure and Ergonomics. -To ensure machinery compliance with legal and regulation -To conduct training/briefing in the place of work, production meeting/toolbox -To assist and conduct enforcement in Safety related matters and support in control and manage for Contractor Safety Management.
