Bertugas mengarahkan tenaga kerja seperti welder, fitter, dan helper agar pelaksanaan pekerjaan sesuai dengan gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, serta standar mutu yang berlaku. Memastikan material, peralatan, dan metode kerja yang digunakan sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan.

Owner preventive 1)Develop and manage periodic maintenance and repair schedules to ensure optimal operations. 2)Manage spare parts inventory and ordering processes to support smooth maintenance and repair activities. Ship Inspection and Evaluation 1)Conducting routine and comprehensive inspections of the physical, structural, and system conditions of the vessel to ensure compliance with international safety standards. 2)Inspecting the condition of the engine, electrical system, and other operational components to ensure the vessel's operational suitability. Maintenance and Repair Monitoring 1)Overseeing ship maintenance and repair processes at the shipyard or while sailing to ensure operational readiness. 2)Providing recommendations for maintenance schedules and preventive measures to maintain the ship's service life. Report Preparation and Documentation 1)Prepare inspection reports and technical recommendations regarding vessel maintenance and repairs. 2)Document vessel technical records for audits, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance. Quality and Safety Monitoring 1)Ensuring that ships comply with international legal and safety requirements such as SOLAS and ISM. 2)Overseeing compliance with quality standards to support safe and efficient ship operations. Coordination with Third Parties 1)Coordinate with shipyards, classification societies, and insurance companies for vessel certification and inspections. 2)Serve as a liaison between shipowners and external parties regarding inspection and repair processes. Required Skills 1)Possesses in-depth technical knowledge of ship construction, engine systems, and maritime regulations, as well as the ability to accurately conduct technical evaluations and inspections. 2)Able to prepare clear and comprehensive technical reports and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to shipowners and relevant parties.

1)Manage production planning to ensure the manufacturing process runs efficiently, on time, and meets capacity targets. 2)Develop material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure raw material availability to support smooth production. 3)Control and monitor inventory, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. 4)Collaborate with production and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflows and on-time delivery. 5)Analyze production performance and inventory levels, and prepare reports to support operational efficiency improvements and delay management. Docking Planning and Scheduling 1)Developing a ship docking schedule for routine repairs or periodic inspections. 2)Designing a docking work plan, from the cleaning phase to final post-repair testing. Team Coordination 1)Lead and supervise technicians, engineers, and other personnel involved in the docking process. 2)Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth work execution at the dock. Supervision of Repair and Maintenance Process 1)Ensure ship repair and maintenance work meets safety and quality standards. 2)Supervise technical work involving the ship's structure, machinery, electrical systems, and exhaust systems. Resource and Material Management 1)Manage the use of materials and resources to support the smooth running of docking operations. 2)Ensure the timely availability of spare parts, raw materials, and equipment as needed. Quality and Safety Monitoring 1)Ensure all safety procedures are followed during the docking process for workers and vessels. 2)Inspect work results to ensure repair quality meets established standards. Reporting and Documentation 1)Prepare progress reports, technical challenges, corrective actions, and estimated completion times. 2)Record all ship maintenance and repair activities for reference and technical records. Ship Inspection and Evaluation 1)Lead or supervise inspections of the vessel's structure and function during docking to assess its condition. 2)Evaluate findings during inspections and ensure proper handling. Communication with the Ship Owner or Operator 1)Reporting work progress and problem-solving solutions to the vessel owner or operator. 2)Providing technical advice and recommendations regarding necessary vessel maintenance needs.
