Individual senior environmental engineer with extensive experience in the preparation of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Reports, Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs), and Environmental and Social Monitoring Reports for both construction and operational phases. Providing services for the development of management and sub-management plans, as well as other environmental and social documentation, in compliance with national and international standards, including the World Bank Group Environmental and Social Standards (WBG ESS), Environmental, Health, and Safety Guidelines (general and sector-specific), IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, and bank-specific requirements.

Preparation of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Reports, Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP) and Environmental and Social Monitoring Reports (both for construction and operation phases) along with other management/sub-management plans and environmental & social documents in line with the national& international standards (WBG ESSs, EHS Guidelines for general and sector specific, IFC PSs, Equator Principles and other standards specific to the relevant bank)

-Providing trainings and consultancy services on EcoVadis (Environmental, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement), CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) and environmental management systems -Preparation of the Corporate Sustainability Reports within the scope of GRI (Global Reporting Initiative)

-To carry out the certification and implementation activities of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System -To obtain the Environmental Permits in accordance with the legal legislation -To prepare and implement the annual work plan, to control and follow up the occurrence -To research and follow up the literature and legal legislation on environmental issues, fulfill the requirements -To carry out the necessary notifications, declarations, documentation, monitoring and measurement studies, to ensure that they are conducted -To plan, ensure, and record the necessary measurements and analyzes -To control and maintain all internal records -To perform internal audits on environmental issues and to prepare the internal audit reports -To carry out training activities on environmental issues and prepare the training reports -To conduct environmental impact assessments for all activities (during planning, construction and operation phases) and to implement the mitigation measures -To prepare specifications for related systems and materials, execute the purchase request -To ensure that the employee of the Environmental Department maintain good relations with other departments -To prepare the annual budget of the Environmental Department -To contribute to all Management Systems and improvement studies -To warn, control and follow-up the personnel who do not comply with the environmental rules
