* Served as Global Clinical Project Lead for development and execution of early phase, proof-of-concept, first-in-human and dose-escalation studies in Oncology. * Established and maintained peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and HCPs globally. * Routinely presented data, trial metrics and logistics to global team. * Provided Medical and Scientific training to cross-functional, matrix-oriented Global Clinical Trial Team.

* Served as Clinical Scientist /Liaison for Development and execution of Global Oncology Clinical trials for KEYTRUDA® (and combinations) through KOL and HCP engagement. * Provided Medical and Scientific education to cross-functional, matrix-oriented global Clinical Trial Teams. * Worked directly with Clinical Director for preparation and presentation of data at International Conferences. * Played key role in development of oncology drugs throughout various stages of lifecycle of the product.

Performed research focused on translational oncology to investigate mechanisms underlying melanoma-genesis caused by loss of tumor suppressor genes. Lead set up of experimental procedures, established SOPs, trained incoming staff/technicians/graduate students with research techniques. Key accomplishments include several first author publications in international journals, award-winning poster presentations at international conferences and scholarship award from the Canadian Institute of Health Research for oncology research.

* Assist in the cross-unit coordination both internal and external, inclusive of sub-contractors, for projects utilizing one or more covance Services or sites * Assist in the management and tracking of project resource needs and contribute to contingency planning for key resources * Assist in the successful design, implementation, tracking and revision of project plans for assigned projects * Assist in the leadership of the core project team, including CRAs, as directed by PM/SPM/PD to facilitate their ability to lead extended/complete project team including the maintenance of timelines in MS Project, creation of PowerPoint presentations and storyboards and maintenance and escalation of items in ADI log * Contribute to the effective teamwork among project team members within Covance departments and offices * Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients
