 Conducted health-checks for 100+ projects looking at budget, schedule, resources, quality, risks, and client relationship. Projects were client-facing spanning across government sectors including Ministry of Justice and Attorney General, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Municipal Affairs etc.  Managed personal development of 20+ project managers (PMs) and service delivery mangers (SDMs) by creating an on-boarding workflow ensuring PMs and SDMs are fully informed and prepared about their new engagement in the business unit (150+ members).  Setup agenda for deliver assurance review and provide note taking support for biweekly project updates, ensure all action items are tracked and documented, and lessons learned documented along the way for team members.

 Acted as client executive for 5 major oil and gas producers, managed and supported multiple oil and gas production application enhancement projects with budget of $250,000+. Projects included maintenance releases, enhancements for custom developments, and implementations.  Developed training plans for quality assurance and supervised the installation and testing of new software, patches, or release, during implementation of new or existing system.  Liaised with clients and 3rd party applications to ensure smooth move to production. Handled bug fixes, during production releases, upgrades, and warranties.

• Acted as support to the Dodsland, Saskatchewan - Viking team, in preparing annual budget, long range plan, and reserve estimation. Participated in routine exploitation tasks like creation of drilling inventories, completions plans, drilling schedule and forecast modification. • Proposed infill drilling in some areas of the Dodsland-Viking play. As a result, the team saved $2.2 million on production costs. • Developed economic and strategic evaluations including cost analysis and status updates to access ongoing production activities in the Dodsland Viking Play. • Performed decline analysis on more than 600 wells in the project area and conducted competitors benchmarking to identify savings opportunities and potential area development. • Developed a correlation between vertical and horizontal production and reviewed well performance relative to expectations and economic assumptions. Integrated findings with team Geologist and Reservoir Engineer to help drill better wells. • Managed development projects by preparing project schedules, work plans and construction activities.
