- Monitoring LTE Access system Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide analysis findings by using Net-act system and detect cells that require load balancing. - Sort out all customer complaints related to 4th Generation Long Term Evolution (4G LTE) Technology (LTE devices functionality, WIFI issues…) - Network analysis and routine troubleshooting. - Identification and prevention of any potential issues regarding the network. - Making recommendation for improvements in organizational productivity and the network. - Execute Network optimization basing on the results collected in the drive-test activities. - Provide solutions for 4G LTE quality improvement and make a follow up for its implementation. - Workshop on Nokia products roadmap update and portfolio update - NetAct &NEBR - Traffica for Radio & Core - Security Solution - Policy control
