I'm working as a Technical Lead. My responsibilities are software design, applying technical practices such as TDD, pair programming, bdd, mentoring to team members and code review.

I worked as a software engineer on Turk Telekom Customer Management System(order management, work force management, inventory management, address management) project. I was a member of the cross-functional team. I used technologies such as Java, EJB, Swing, Toplink, Web Services, Oracle DB, Oracle OC4J.

I worked as a Software Officer on different military projects. I used technologies such as Java, JSF, ADF, JSP/Servlet, Oracle DB, Oracle OC4J.

I worked as a member of the team who responsible for the payment and collection solutions of the major Turkish GSM operator. As a software engineer, I involved two projects, mobile payment and recharge. I used technologies such as Java, JSP/Servlet, Struts.

I worked for two different teams with two different projects. For Turk Telekom Customer Management System project I was the technical lead and manager of team of 5-6 people. We build CRs on a living system. I was responsible for the all life cycle of the these CRs such as analysis, design, development, test, deployment, operational support, project management activities. I lead the design and application of Scrum process in this project for my team and other 3 teams. I gave a presentation to all company about Scrum. I gave presentations to project teams about scrum, agile planning&estimation, agile coaching, user stories. The other project was Service Order Management. I was the one of the analysis lead of the second phase of this project. Also I worked as technical lead and manager of a cross-functional team of 5-7 people. We build CRs on the project.

I was the lead developer for a small team. We worked on Turk Telekom Customer Management System project. We build integration between our project and Turk Telekom transformation project PGM1 systems, Siebel, ConceptWave, over a SOA layer. I involved the different aspects of software development life cycle such as analysis, design, development, test, deployment, operational support. We used technologies such as Java, EJB, Swing, Toplink, Web Services, JMS, Spring Integration, Oracle DB, Oracle OC4J, Oracle Weblogic.

* I'm leading a cross-functional team of 6-7 people on Turk Telekom Service Order Management projects. We build CRs on a living system. * I'm responsible for the management and technical process of development, caring with people, dealing with customer, project management activities. * We use Scrum to manage our development process. * We have build Service Virtualization application for our project using SoapUI and Groovy. * We have started to use Behavior Driven Development with Cucumber and we also increase Cucumber test coverage by implementing test scenarios for already developed features. * I gave presentations to 60 people about Agile, Scrum and XP. * I gave presentations to team leaders about Lean Software Development and BDD with Cucumber.
